Abstract
PURPOSE: To manufacture inexpensive crystalline aluminosilicate zeolite with thermal stability by adding a specified metal and a specified org. compound to a mixture consisting of silica, alumina, an alkali metal and water and by reacting them under specified conditions.
CONSTITUTION: The molar ratio of SiO2/Al2O3 is about 10W500, and NaOH, KOH or the like is used as the alkali metal by about 0.01W50mol to 1mol of SiO2. As the metal B, Pt, Sb, Mo or other metal belonging to the IIIA, IVA, VA, IIIB, IVB, VB, VIB or VII group of the periodic table is used by ≥ about 0.0001mol as M2O3 to 1mol of Al2O3. Aminoalcohol or amide each contg. N and O in the molecule is used as the org. compound by about 0.01W50mol to 1mol of SiO2. The reaction temp. is about 80W300°C, the reaction time is about 0.5hrW30 days, and the pressure is not especially restricted. After finishing the reaction, the crystalline reaction product is separated and dried.
