Claims (10)

  1. 폐수를 제1막 분리단계에서 처리하여 투과물(1) 및 농축물(1)을 수득하고, 농축물(1)을 제2막 분리단계에서 처리하여 투과물(2) 및 농축물(2)를 수득하고, 투과물(2)를 예비처리단계로 재순환시킨 후, 투과물(1) 및 농축물(2)를 처분함을 특징으로 하여, 예비처리단계에서 표준화된 염색폐수의 정제방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폐수를 예비처리단계에서 4내지 9의 pH범위로 조정하고, 폐수의 온도는 실온 내지 약 80℃, 바람직하게는 40내지 80℃ 및 가장 바람직하게는 40내지 60℃인 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 막 분리단계가 과여과단계인 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 막 분리단계를 미개질 또는 화학적으로 개질된 중합체 막으로 수행하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체막이 화학적으로 개질된 셀룰로즈 아세테이트, 폴리비닐 알콜 또는 폴리스티렌막이고, 바람직하게는 화학적으로 개질된 폴리아크릴 또는 폴리설폰막이며, 화학적 개질방법은 상기 막에 음이온성 및/또는 양이온성그룹을 도임시킴으로써 이루어지는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 2개의 막분리단계가 10내지 80바, 바람직하게는 20내지 50바의 압력하에서 수행되는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 제1막 분리단계가 30내지 45바의 압력하에서 수행되고, 제2막 분리단계는 25 내지 30바의 압력하에서 수행되는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 투과물(1)을 폐수플랜트에서 처리하여 정제하고 농축물(2)를 습식 산화시키거나 연소시켜 처분하는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 제1막 분리단계 후에 출발 표준화폐수를 기준하여 7내지 15배 용적농도가 수득되고, 2단계 후에는 20내지 30배 용적농도가 수득되는 방법.
  10. 염료 제조시 또는 염색공장 또는 날염공장으로부터 생성되고, 특히 직물염색 및 날염으로부터 생성되는 폐수를 정제하기 위한 제1항에 따른 방법의 용도.
