Claims (11)

  1. 화상형성장치에 사용하는 프로세스키트에 있어서, 감광드럼과, 이 감광드럼을 소정의 전위에 균일하게 대전하기 위한 코로나 방전수단과, 감광드럼에 형성한 정전잠상을 현상하기 위한 현상수단과, 상기 감광드럼과 코로나방전수단과 현상수단을 내포하며, 이 코로나 방법수단과 현상수단을 감광드럼의 정보광을 노광하는 위치에 대하여 상류측과 하류측으로 갈라 나누어 놓은 위치에 고정하는 하우징을 지니며, 이 하우징은 상기 방전수단의 상류측에 설치하는 바의 감광드럼의 잔류부하를 방전시키기 위한 균일광을 이 드럼에 인도하기 위한 광학적 개구와, 코로나 방전수단과 현상 수단의 사이에 있어 정보광을 감광드럼에 인도하기 위한 노광개구를 가지는 프로세서키트.
  2. 화상형성장치에 사용하는 프로세스키트에 있어서, 감광드럼과, 이 감광드럼을 소정위 전위에 균일하게 대전하기 위한 코로나 방전수단과, 감광드럼에 형성한 정점잠상을 현상하기 위한 현상수단과, 상기 감광드럼과 코로나 방전수단과 현상수단을 내포하며 이 코로나 방전수단과 현상수단을 감광드럼의 정보광을 노광하는 위치에 대하여 상류측과 하류측으로 갈라 나누어 놓은 위치에 고정하는 하우징을 지니며, 이 하우징은 상기 방전수단의 상류측에 설치하는 바의 감광드럼의 잔류전하를 방전시키기 위한 균일광을 이 드럼에 인도하기 위한 광학적 개구와, 코로나 방전수단과 현상수단과의 사이에 있어 정보광을 감광드럼에 인도하기 위한 노광개구를 지니며, 이 노광개구는 장전시에 이 개구를 개방하는 커버를 구비하고 있는 프로세스키트.
  3. 화상 형성장치에 사용하는 프로세스키트에 있어서, 감광드럼과, 이 감광드럼을 소정의 전위에 균일하게 대전하기 위한 코로나 방전수단과, 감광드럼에 형성한 정전잠상을 현상하기 위한 현상수단과, 상기 감광드럼과 코로나방전수단과 현상수단을 내포하며 이 코로나 방전수단과 현상 수단과를 감광드럼의 정보광을 노광하는 위치에 대하여 상류측과 하류측으로 갈라 나누어 놓은 위치에 고정하는 하우징을 지니며, 이 하우징은 상기 방전수단의 상류측에 설치하는 바의 감광드럼의 잔류전하를 방전시키기 위한 균일광을, 이 드럼에 인도하기 위한 광학적 개구와, 코로나 방전수단과 현상수단과를 내포하는 까닭에 양측으로 밀어올린 높은면이 형성된 저면에, 상기 감광드럼에 정보광을 인도하기 위한 노광개구와, 이 프로세스키트를 본체에 장진할때에 상기 노광개구를 광학적으로 개방하는 커버를 구비하고 있는 프로세스키트.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 상기 노광개구의 커버는 이 개구의 일단측을 중심으로 하여 회전하고 개폐 자재한 판부재로 구성한 프로세스키트.
  5. 제1항, 2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 상기 노광개구의 커버는 이 개구의 일단측을 중심으로 하여 회전하고 개폐 자재한 판부재로 구성하며, 이 판부재의 장전방향 하류측에 凸부를 구성하며, 凸부는 노광개구를 커버한 상태로 본체장치측의 구성부재에 당접하는 형상을 가지는 프로세스키트.
  6. 제1항, 2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 상기 코로나 방전기의 상류측의 광학개구는 광학산부재를 가진 프로세스키트.
  7. 제1항, 2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 상기 하우징과 커버는 빛을 차단하는 재료로 구성한 프로세스키트.
  8. 제1항, 2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 상기 코로나 방전수단은 코로나 와이어와 감광드럼면과 이 코로나와 이어 사이에 위치하고 이 와이어의 장력에 의해 항상 감광드럼면측에 부열된 와이어 높이의 위치 결정부재를 지닌 프로세스키트.
  9. 화상 형성장치에 있어서, 감광드럼을 내포하며 그 주위에 프로세스수단을 배치하여 이들을 일체적으로 보유지지하는 하우징을 지닌 프로세스키트와, 상기 프로세스키트를 수납하기 위한 공간과, 이 공간의 소정위치에 프로세스키트를 안내하는 수단과, 상기 프로세스키트의 광체에 설치된 잔류전하를 제거하기 위한 개구에, 본체측의 광원으로 부터의 빛을 인도하기 위한 광로를 지닌 화상형성장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 장전하는 프로세스키트는 하우징의 개구부에 개폐가능한 커버를 지니며, 이 커버는 개구부를 막았을 때에 키트 장전 방향 하류측에 凸부를 지니며 본체 장전의 일부가 이 凸부에 닫는 것으로 상기 커버가 개구를 닫고 있는 화상형성장치.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 개구는 정보광을 감광체로 노광하기 위한 것인 화상형성장치.
