Claims (13)

  1. 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 염기부가물의 존재하에서 이미다졸과 반응시키거나 또는 이미다졸의 금속염과 반응시켜 Y가 -COO(C1-C4알킬)인 일반식(IA)의 화합물을 제조하고 필요시 이어서 임의로 상기 수득한 생성물을 가수분해시켜 Y가-COOH인 일반식(IA)의 화합물로 전환시키고 및/또는 상기 수득한 생성물을 암모니아와 반응시켜 Y가 -CONH2인 일반식(IA)의 화합물로 전환시키고 및/또는 일반식(IA)의 화합물을 약제학적으로 허용할 수 있는 그의 염으로 전환시킴을 포함하여 일반식(IA)의 화합물 또는 약제학적으로 허용할 수 있는 그의 염을 제조하는 방법.
    상기 식에서, Y는 "A"환에 부착되어 있으며, -COOH, -COO(C1-C4알킬) 또는 -CONH2이고 X는 0,S,N(C1-C4알킬) 또는 -CH=CH-이고, R1은 "B"환의 탄소원자에 부착되어 있으며, 수소, 할로, C1-C4알킬 또는-S(C1-C4알킬)이고 이미다졸-1-일메틸 그룹은 "B"환의 탄소원자에 부착되어 있으며, Q는 이탈하기 쉬운 이탈그룹이고, (C1-C4알킬)-0--그룹 및 -CH2Q그룹은 각각 "A" 및 "B"환의 탄소원자에 부착되어 있다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, Q가 Cl 또는 Br이고, 전술된 이미다졸의 금속염은 알카리금속염이며, 전술된 염기부가물이 중탄산나트륨인 방법.

  5. 제4항에 있어서, 수산화나트륨 또는 황산을 사용하여 가수분해시키는 방법.

  7. 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물을 알킬화하고 이어서 임의로 Y로 나타낸 -COO(C1-C4알킬)그룹을 -COOH 또는 -CONH2로 전환시키고 및/또는 일반식(IC)의 화합물을 약제학적으로 허용할 수 있는 그의 염으로 전환시킴을 포함하여 일반식(IC)의 화합물 또는 약제학적으로 허용할 수 있는 그의 염을 제조하는 방법.
    Y는 "A"환의 탄소원자에 부착되어 있으며, -COOH, -COO(C1-C4알킬)또는-CONH2이고, R1은"B"환의 탄소원자에 부착되어 있으며, 수소, 할로, C1-C4알킬 또는 -S(C1-C4알킬)이고, R은 "B"환의 탄소원자에 부착되어 있으며,또는 (3-피리딜)-Z-이고(여기에서 Z는 -CH2-, -CH=CH-, -OCH2-, -CO- 또는 -S-이다) 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물에서 Y는 -CO2(C1-C4알킬)이다.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 알킬화제가 C1-C4알킬 할라이드 또는 디(C1-C4알킬)설페이트인 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 구조식(Ⅴ)의 화합물을 제조한 다음 가수분해시켜 구조식(Ⅵ)의 상응하는 산을 제조하는 방법.
  10. 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 구조식화합물의 금속염과 반응시켜 Y가 -COO(C1-C4알킬)인 일반식(ID)의 화합물을 제조하고 이어서 임의로 상기 수득한 일반식(ID)의 화합물을 가수분해시켜 Y가 -COOH인 일반식(ID)의 화합물로 전환시키거나 암모니아와 반응시켜 Y가 -CONH2인 일반식(ID)의 화합물로 전환시키고, 및/또는 일반식(ID)의 화합물을 약제학적으로 허용할 수 있는 그의 염으로 전환시킴을 포함하여 일반식(ID)의 화합물 또는 약제학적으로 허용할 수 있는 그의 염을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, Y는 "A"환의 탄소원자에 부착되어 있으며, -COOH, -COO(C1-C4알킬) 또는 -CONH2이고, R1은 "B"환의 탄소원자에 부착되어 있으며, 수소, 할로, C1-C4알킬 또는 -S(C1-C4알킬)이고 X는 O,S, N(C1-C4알킬) 또는 -CH=CH-이며, 3-피리딜옥시메틸그룹은 "B"환의 탄소원자에 부착되어 있으며, Q는 이탈하기 쉬운 이탈그룹이고, (C1-C4알킬)O2C-그룹 및 -CH2Q그룹은 각각 "A" 및 "B"환의 탄소원자에 부착되어 있다.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, Q는 Cl 또는 Br이며, 전술된 금속염이 알카리 금속염인 방법.
  12. 일반식(Ⅶ)의 화합물을 구조식의 알데히드와 반응시켜 Y가 -COO(C1-C4알킬)인 일반식(IE)의 화합물을 제조하고, 이어서 임의로 상기 수득한 생성물을 각각 가수분해 또는 암모니아와 반응시켜 Y가 -COOH또는 -CONH2인 일반식(IE)의 화합물로 전환시키고 및/또는 일반식(IE)의 화합물을 약제학적으로 허용할 수 있는 그의 염으로 전환시킴을 포함하여 일반식(IE)의 화합물 또는 약제학적으로 허용할 수 있는 그의 염을 제조하는 방법.

  13. 일반식(Ⅶ)의 화합물을 가수분해시키고 이어서 임의로 Y로 나타낸 -COO(C1-C4알킬)그룹을 가수분해시켜 -COOH로 전환시키고 및/또는 일반식(IF)의 화합물을 약제학적으로 허용할 수 있는 그의 염으로 전환시킴을 포함하여 일반식(IF)의 화합물 또는 약제학적으로 허용할 수 있는 그의 염을 제조하는방법.
    상기식에서, Y는 "A"환의 탄소원자에 부착되어 있으며, -COOH, -COO(C1-C4알킬) 또는 -CONH2이고, R1는 "B"환의 탄소원자에 부착되어 있으며, 수소, 할로, C1-C4알킬 또는 -S(C1-C4알킬)이고 R은 "B"환의 탄소원자에 부착되어 있으며,-또는 (3-피리딜)-Z-이고,(여기에서, Z는 -CH2-, -CH=CH-, -OCH2--CO- 또는 -S-이다). R2는 C1-C4알카노일 또는 벤조일이다.
