Claims (15)

  1. 일반식(D) 화합물에 R4-C-R3그룹을 도입시키고, 경우에 따라 생성물을 그의 약학적으로 무독한 염으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하여 일반식(B) 화합물, 그의 입체이성체, 및 그의 약학적으로 무독한 염을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 상기 식에서,
  3. R4는 수소 또는 클로로이고, R5는 카복시, 그의 에스테르 또는 테트라졸릴이며,
  4. R2는 수소, 할로 또는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알콕시이고, R3는 수소 또는 브로모인데,
  5. 단, R4가 수소이고, R5가 카복시이면, R2또는 R3는 수소가 아니며, R4, R2및 R3가 모두 수소이면, R5는 테트라졸릴이다.
  6. R5가 카복실산 에스테르인 일반식(B) 화합물을 가수분해시킴을 특징으로 하여 다음 일반식(B) 화합물 또는 그의 약학적으로 무독한 염을 제조하는 방법.
  7. 상기 식에서, R5는 카복시이고, R2, R3및 R4는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
  8. 일반식(C) 화합물을 테트라졸 환구조를 이룰 수 있는 알카리금속 아지드 또는 암모늄 아지드와 반응시켜 R5가 테트라졸릴인 생성물 B를 수독하고, 경우에 따라 그 생성물을 약학적으로 무독한 염으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하여 다음 일반식(B) 화합물 또는 그의 약학적으로 무독한 염을 제조하는 방법.
  9. 〔상기 식에서, R2, R3및 R4는 전술한 바와 같고, R5는 테트라졸릴이고, Q는 불포화 -C-N 결합을 함유하는 그룹이다.〕
  10. 제3항에 있어서, Q가 -C≡N 또는(이때 G는 할로겐원자 또는 알콕시라디칼이다)인 일반식(C) 화합물을 알칼리금속 아지드 또는 암모늄아지드와 반응시켜 R5가 테트라졸릴인 일반식(B)의 화합물을 수득하고, 경우에 따라 생성물을 약학적으로 무독한 염으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하여 일반식(B) 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
  11. 제2항에 있어서, R2가 할로 또는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알콕시이고, R5가 카복실산 에스테르인 일반식(B) 화합물의 E-이성체를 가수분해하는 방법.
