Description
Byggekloss.
Den foreliggende oppfinnelse angår en byggekloss, fortrinnsvis
av plast, med underskårne noter som ved den flate som noten er åpen ut mot, danner lepper, og med knaster som har et mellom leppene passende halsparti og et hodeparti som passer inn i notene. Disse noter og knaster tjener til forbindelse mellom byggeklossene for dannelse av leketoymodeller.
Byggeklosser av denne art er kjent. Forbindelsestappene har som regel et tverrsnitt som motsvarer tverrsnittet av de underskårne noter. Ved innskyvning av en slik forbindelsestapp i en not vil så-
ledes hele nottverrsnittet være utfylt av forbindelsestapperi <y>om
således med sin ytterflate ligger fullstendig an mot veggene av noten. Som folge av denne beroring på alle sider og den derav folgende store friksjon, er det vanskelig å skyve forbindelsestappene inn i notene. Enda vanskeligere er det imidlertid senere å forskyve en forbindelsestapp som allerede er satt inn i en not. Ved forskyvningen må nemlig forst hvilefriksjoneh overvinnes, noe som krever en hoyere kraft enn til overvinnelse av den lavere glidéfriksjon som opptrer, ved den etter-følgende glidning. Som folge av den derved opptredende "stick-slip-effekt" er det spesielt for et barn i en alder av 4 - 5 år praktisk talt umulig å forskyve forbindelsestappen til et noyaktig bestemt sted i området for noten for på denne måte å oppnå en bestemt stilling av byggeklossene i forhold til hinannen.
Hensikten med den foreliggende oppfinnelse er derfor å utforme forbindelsestappen slik at de nettopp nevnte ulemper ikke lenger opptrer.
Ifolge oppfinnelsen blir dette oppnådd ved at knastene og notene er slik avpasset at en knast bare i området ved sin hals ligger tett an mot veggene av noten.
Ved denne utformning vil tappen bare berore veggene av noten over et lite område, mens den forovrig ikke berorer notveggen. Frik-sjonen er dermed redusert til et minstemål, og det er på denne måte ikke bare mulig lett å fore en forbindelsestapp inn i en not, men også lett å forskyve forbindelsestappen på en byggekloss i noten i en annen byggekloss.
Ved utforelsen ifolge oppfinnelsen er det imidlertid også mulig å unngå den ellers ugunstige virkning av den volumforstorrelse som byggeklosser av plast er utsatt for som folge av absorbsjon av
fuktighet. Til tross for hoy presisjon kan nemlig dimensjonene ikke holdes innenfor så små toleranser at der på den ene side kan oppnås en jevn forskyvning og på den annen side pasningen av forbindelsestappen i noten blir tilstrekkelig. Alt etter fuktigheten i den luft som omgir byggedélene, vil nemlig disses dimensjoner forandres. Ved gjenstanden ifolge oppfinnelsen kan imidlertid materialet i forbindelsestappen unnvike i retningen for notens dybde når tappen sveller opp, idet tappen her ikke ligger an mot notveggen.
På tegningen er der vist et utforelseseksempel på oppfinnelsen. Den viste byggekloss 11 har en underskåret not 12 som har sirkelformet tverrsnitt og danner lepper 12a. Tverrsnittet av noten 12 er således utvidet bak leppene 12a. Leppene vil kunne utfores fjær-ende, og fjærvirkningen kan forhoyes ved hjelp av innsnitt 13 i klossen
11. En annen byggekloss 14 bærer en underskåret forbindelsesknast 15
på sin ene endeflate. Halsen 15a av knasten er tynnere enn det utenfor-liggende hodeparti. Forbindelsestappen ligger bare an mot noten 12
i området for sitt halsparti. Over det ovrige område er der avstand mellom notveggene og forbindelsestappen. Selve halsen 15a kan forovrig være tynnere enn svarende til avstanden mellom leppene 12a, slik at knasten 15 bare vil ligge an mot notveggene på det til halsen grensende parti av knastens hodeparti.
Claims (1)
- Byggekloss med underskårne noter (12) som ved den flate som noten er åpen ut mot, danner lepper (12a), og med en knast (15) som har et mellom leppene passende halsparti (15a) og et hodeparti som passer inn i notene, karakterisert ved at knastene og notene er slik avpasset at en knast (15) bare i området ved sin hals (15a) ligger tett an mot veggene av noten (12).
