물에 불용성의 스테로이드를 유제화 시키는 방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제 1 도는 약품의 지속적인 서방출 효과를 나타내고,
제 2 도 내지 제 5 도는 각각 혈액, 근육, 간, 비장으로부터의 배출과 시간과의 관계를 나타내고,
제 6 도는 염증 부위의 축적과 시간과의 관계를 나타낸다.

Claims (9)

  1. 소염작용을 갖는 물에 불용성의 스테로이드 및 인지질의 유효량을 콩기름에 용해시키고, 조악한 유제를 형성하기 위하여 생성된 용액을 적당량의 물과 혼합하며, 1.0μ또는 그 이하의 입자 크기를 갖는 스테로이드 유제를 형성하기 위하여 고압하에서, 조악한 유제 및 스테로이드 유제의 총 부피를 기준으로 할때 5내지 50% (W/V)의 콩기름 및 상기 콩기름 100당 1내지 50중량비의 인지질을 균질화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소염작용을 갖는 물에 불용성의 스테로이드를 유화하는 방법.
  2. 조악한 유제가 100내지 150kg/㎠의 첫단계 압력하 만톤-골린 균질기를 0내지 2회 통과하고, 400내지 700kg/㎠의 둘째 단계 압력하 5내지 15회 통과하는 그런 방식으로 균질화가 수행되어짐을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1의 기재방법.
  3. 용해시키고, 혼합시키고, 균질화하는 과정이 각각 20°내지 80℃에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1의 기재방법.
  4. 소염작용을 갖는 스테로이드가 고친유성기를 가진 스테로이드 임을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1의 기재방법.
  5. 고 친유성기를 가진 스테로이드가 팔미트산 덱사메타손, 스테아르산 덱사메타손, 미리스트산 덱사메타손, 팔미트산 히드로코르티손, 스테아르산 히드로코르티손, 미리스트산 히도로코르티손, 팔리트산 프레드니솔론, 스테아르산 프레드니솔론 또는 미리스트산 프레드니솔론 인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허 청구의 범위 4의 기재방법.
  6. 등장화제가 혼합단계에서 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1의 기재방법.
  7. 보조유화제 또는 유제 안정화제, 탄소수 6내지 22개의 0.3% (W/V) 지방산 또는 생리적으로 수용되는 그의 염 등이 용해단계에서 첨가됨을 특징으로 하는 특허 청구의 범위 1의 기재방법.
  8. 안정화제로서, 콜레스테롤 0.5% (W/V) 또는 그 이하, 또는 포스파티드산 55(W/V) 또는 그 이하가 용해 단계에서 첨가됨을 특징으로 하는 특허 청구의 범위 1의 기재방법.
  9. 알부민, 텍스트란, 비닐중합체, 비이온성 표면활성제, 젤라틴 및 히드록시에틸전분 중에서 선택된 적어도 한종이 안정화제로 혼합단계에서 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허 청구의범위 1의 기재방법.
