Abstract

본 발명은 종래의 용매에서는 난용성인 생활성 스테로이드의 비경구 투여에 특히 적당한 신규한 유중수 에멀션에 관한 것이다. 에멀션은 캐스터유를 함유하는 지질 상을 포함할 것이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 캐스터유 및 유화제로서 난황의 인지질을 포함하는 지질 상을 가지는 것을 특징으로서는 제한된 용해도를 가지고 있는 생활성 스테로이드의 투여에 적당한 유중수 에멀션.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 식물유 및/또는 합성 또는 정제된 중간 사슬 트리글리 세리드로부터의 부가적인 지질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유중수 에멀션.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 최종 조성물의 ㎖당 a) 0.1 내지 15㎎의 양의 스테로이드, b) 50 내지 200㎎의 양의 지질, c) 난황의 인지질로부터 선텍된 5내지 50㎎의 양의 유화제, d) 주사용 물, e) 최종 조성물의 등장성을 위해 첨가되는 등장성 조절제, 및 f) 적당한 pH를 위해 첨가되는 수산화 나트륨 용액을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유중수 에밀션.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스테로이드가 5β-프레그난-3α-올-20-온(엘타놀론 또는 프레그나놀론), 5β-프레그난-3β-올-20-온(에피프레그나놀론), 5α-프레그난-3α-올-20-온(알로프레그난-3α-올-20-온), 5α-프레그난-3β-올-20-온(알로프레그나놀론)-, 5α-프레그난-3α-올-11,20-디온(알팍살론), 5β-프레그난-3α, 21-디올-20-온(테트라히드로데옥시코르티코 스테론 또는 THDOC), 5α-안드로스탄-3α-올-17-온(안드로세테론;시스-안드로스테론), 5-프레그난-3β-올-20-온-술페이트(프레그네놀론 술페이트), 11β-11,17,21-트리히드록시프레그나-1,4-디엔-3,20-디온(프레드니솔론) 및 11β,17α,21-트리히드록시프레그나-4-엔-3,20-디온(디히드로코르티손)으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유중수 에멀션.
  5. 제2항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지질이 10내지 90%(w/w)의 캐스터유를 포함하는 유중수 에멀션.
  6. 제5항 있어서, 지질이 약 70%(w/w)의 캐스터유를 및 약 30%(w/w)의 대두유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유중수 에멀션.
  7. 스테로이드를 캐스터유 또는 식물유 및 합성 또는 정제된 중간 사슬 트리글리세리드로부터 선택된 최소한 하나의 부가적인 지질과 혼합된 캐스터유를 함유하는 지질 조성물중에 녹인후, 그 결과의 스테로이드-지질 조성물을 물, 난황 인지질 유화제 및 임의로 등장성 조절제를 함유하는 수성 상으로 안정한 에멀션으로 유화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항 내지 6항의 에멀션 또는 조성물의 제조방법.
  8. 캐스터유 또는 식물유 및 합성 또는 정제된 중간 사슬 트리글리세리드로부터 선택된 최소한 하나의 부가적인 지질과 혼합된 캐스터유를 함유하는 지질 조성물을, 마취효과를 가지는 제제의 제조에 사용하는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 제제가 중추 신경계에 대해 활성을 가지는 스테로이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
