Claims (1)
- 구조식(Ⅰ)에 상응하나 유리 17β-카보티오산 그룹(또는 기능적으로 동등 그룹) 또는 유리 17α-하이드록시그룹(R3가 수소원자 또는 메틸 또는 메틸렌그룹)을 갖으며 나머지 임의 존재하는 반응성 그룹은 보호되어 있는 화합물을 에스테르화 시키거나, 구조식(Ⅰ)에 상응하나 구조식 -COS(CH2)nY(Y는 치환될 수 있는 치환체를 나타내고 n은 1 또는 2의 17β-치환체를 갖는 화합물을 그룹 Y를 할로겐원자로 치환시킬 수 있는 화합물과 반응시키거나, 11β-하이드록시 안드로스탄을 제조하기 위해 구조식(Ⅰ)에 상응하나 11-옥소그룹을 수반하는 화합물을 환원시키거나, 구조식(Ⅰ)에 상응하나 보호된 11β-하이드록시 그룹을 수반하는 화합물을 탈보호시키거나, 구조식(Ⅰ)에 상응하나 9,11-이중결합을 갖는 (11-위치에 치환체는 없음화합물을 9α-할로-11β-하이드록시 그룹을 도입시킬 수 있는 시약 1가지 이상과 반응시키거나,이 이중결합을 나타내는 구조식(Ⅰ)에 상응하는 화합물을 부분적 환원시켜이 단일 결합을 나타내는 상응하는 화합물을 제조함을 특징으로 하여 구조식(I)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.상기 구조식중R1은 플루오로-, 클로로-또는 브로모-메틸 그룹이나 2'-플루오로에틸 그룹을 나타내며R2는 COR6그룹, 이때 R6는 C1-3알킬그룹을 나타내거나OR2및 R3가 함께 16α,17α-이소프로필 리덴디옥시 그룹을 형성하며R3는 수소원자, 메틸그룹(α-또는 β-배치로 존재할 수 있음) 또는 메틸렌그룹을 나타내고R4는 수소, 염소 또는 불소원자를 나타내며R5는 수소 또는 불소원자를 나타내고심볼는 단일 또는 이중결합을 나타낸다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
