Claims (6)
- 하기 일반식(II)의 8,9-안히드로에리트로마이신 6,9-헤미케탈을 퍼클로릴 플루오리드로 불소화시킴을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(I)의 (8S)-8-플루오로에리트로마이신의 제조방법 :윗 식에서,(8S)-8-플루오로에리트로마이신 A의 경우 R1은 OH이고 R2는 CH3이며, (8S)-8-플루오로에리트로마이신 B의 경우 R1은 H이고, R2는 CH3이며, (8S)-8-플루오로에리트로마이신 C인 경우 R1은 OH이고, R2는 H이며, (8S)-8-플루오로에리트로마이신 D인 경우 R1은 H이고 R2는 H임.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불소화를 -5˚~+50℃(약 0℃가 적합함)에서 행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불소화를 8,9-안히드로에리트로마이신 6,9-헤미케탈의 초산 용액을 물테트라히드로푸란 또는 물-피리딘으로 희석시킨 용액에 퍼클로릴 플루오리드를 기포형식으로 주입시켜서 행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불소화를 pH4내지 7에서 행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불소화를 조절된 pH에서 상기 8,9-안히드로 리에트로마이신 6,9-헤미케탈의 초산용액을 퍼클로릴 플루오리드와 접촉시켜 행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1이 히드록시이고 R2는 메틸인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
