Claims (2)
- 구조식(XI)의 피리딘 카르복실산 메틸 에스테르 화합물의 에스테르 부분을 환원시켜서 구조식(I)의 2-하이드록시 메틸 피리딘 유도체를 제조하는 방법.(상기 구조식에서 R1과 R2는 각각 수소 또는 메틸기이다.)
- 제1항에 있어서, 구조식(XI)의 화합물은 구조식(IX)의 화합물에 메톡시기를 도입시키고 가수분해하여 구조식(X)의 화합물을 만들고 이를 환원시켜 제조하는 방법.(상기 구조식에서 R1과 R2는 각각 수소 또는 메틸기이다.)※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
