제1도는 본 발명의 방법으로 얻은 Ba-페라이트 전구체(前驅體)에 대한 자화(磁化) 곡선도.
제2도는 본 발명 방법으로 얻은 Ba-페라이트에 대한 자화곡선도이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 일반식
    Bao·n(Fe1-mMm)2O3
    (식중 M=CO, Ti, Ni, Mn, Cu, Zn, In, Ge, Nb 중 적어도 1종류, m=0~0.2의 수, n=5.4~6.0의 수)로 표시되는 Ba-페라이트를 구성하는 비율로 선택된 각 원소이온을 함유하는 PH12 이상의 수용액을 150~250℃로 가열하여, 상기 식으로 표시되는 Ba-페라이트의 전구체 침전물을 생성시키는 공정과, 상기 생성시킨 전구체 침전물을 800℃ 이상의 온도로 소성하는 공정과를 구비하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 Ba-페라이트 분말의 제조방법.
