Claims (7)
- 조절제 안티몬, 철 혹은 텔루르 존재하, 200-600℃ C, 100-700바의 기압하에서, 3가 및 6가의 크롬산화물을 함유하는 반응혼합물을 열수반응(hydrothermal reaction)시키는, 조절제 사용한 강자성 이산화크롬의 제조공정에 있어서, 가압, 가온하기 이전에 상기 조절제를 수용액으로 반응혼합물에 첨가하고, 상기 용액은 상기 조절제를 CrO3수용액에 첨가한 후 용해를 촉진하기 위해 가열하여 제조함을 특징으로 하는 제조공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조절제가 침상결정성장을 증가시키는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조절제가 보자력(Coercivity)을 증가시키는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 90-120℃ C에서 45-180분간 CrO3수용액에 Sb2O3를 용해시키는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 생성된 강자성 이산화크롬의 중량을 기준하여, 0.1-0.5중량%의 안티몬 혹은 텔루르를 첨가한 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 CrO3수용액에 텔루크를 산화텔루크의 형태로 첨가하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 CrO3수용액에 철을 산화철의 형태로 첨가하는 공정.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
