Abstract
PURPOSE:To automatically perform fixing of assembling parts, gas charging, and welding, by installing a glass window to be used for irradiating laser beam and a cover to be used for putting in or taking out welded parts on the outer surface of a welding container, and also installing part fixing means in the container and a gas flow generating means at the inside of the glass window, and by performing a welding by irradiating a laser beam through the glass window. CONSTITUTION:A glass window C to be used for irradiating a laser beam L, a cover B to be used for putting in or taking out welded parts, and parts fixing means are intalled on the top surface, side surface and inside of a welding container, respectively. Moreover, a means which produces a constant gas flow is installed at the inside of the glass window C. A parts to be welded is fixed in the container by opening the cover B, fixing the substrate of the parts to the lower fittings and the case to the upper fittings. When the parts is fixed, the cover B is shut. Then, a gas is supplied through a charging pipe G1 and a gas flow is produced by the means installed at the inside of glass window C after the air in the container is removed through a exhaust pipe G4. After this procedure is completed, the welding is performed by irradiating the laser beam L through the glass window C. This process from the gas charging to the welding can be automated.
