COMO MEDIO DE CULTIVO SE EMPLEA U MEDIO NUTRITIVO ACUOSO EN PRESENCIA BIEN DE 2,5-DICETO-D-GLUCONATO SODICO, BIEN DE 2,5-DICETO-D-GLUCONATO CALCICO, A UNA TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 25 Y 35 C, CON UN PH QUE SE ENCUETRE EN EL INTERVALO DE 5,5 A 7,5 EL MEDIO NUTRITIVO ACUOSO CONTIENE UNA FUENTE DE CARBONO, COMO GLUCOSA, SORBITOL, FRUCTOSA Y SIMILARES.
