Description
Claims (22)
- 경화성 플루오로중합체 조성물로서,
비정질 플루오로중합체; 및
금속 불화물의 입자를 포함하고, 입자는 실질적으로 표면 처리되지 않고, 금속 불화물의 금속은 알칼리 토금속, III족 전이 금속, 및 란탄족 금속 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 경화성 플루오로중합체 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 금속 불화물은 20℃ 및 주위 압력에서의 수중 용해도가 0.5 g/100 g 미만인, 경화성 플루오로중합체 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 금속 불화물의 금속은 Ca, Mg, Y 및 Yb로 이루어진 군의 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 경화성 플루오로중합체 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속 불화물의 입자는 1 mm 미만의 평균 직경을 갖는, 경화성 플루오로중합체 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속 불화물의 입자는 500 mm 미만의 평균 직경을 갖는, 경화성 플루오로중합체 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 0.1% 및 최대 30 중량%의 금속 불화물의 입자를 포함하는, 경화성 플루오로중합체 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비정질 플루오로중합체는 테트라플루오로에틸렌, 헥사플루오로프로필렌, 비닐리덴 플루오라이드, 프로필렌, 퍼플루오로프로필 비닐 에테르, CF2=CF-O-CF2-O-CF3, CF2=CF-O-CF2-O-CF2CF3, CH2=CF-CF3, 퍼플루오로메틸비닐 에테르, 3-메톡시 퍼플루오로프로필비닐 에테르, CF2CF-O-CF2-O-CF2CF2CF3, 및 CF2CF-O-CF2-O-CF2CF2CF2-O-C3F7 중 적어도 하나로부터 선택된 단량체로부터 유도되는, 경화성 플루오로중합체 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비정질 플루오로중합체는 퍼플루오르화되는, 경화성 플루오로중합체 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 비정질 플루오로중합체는 퍼플루오르화된 올레핀 및 퍼플루오르화된 비닐 에테르 중 적어도 하나로부터 유도되는, 경화성 플루오로중합체 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비정질 플루오로중합체는 요오드-함유 경화 부위 기 및 브롬-함유 경화 부위 기 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 경화성 플루오로중합체 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비정질 플루오로중합체는 질소-함유 경화 부위 기를 포함하는, 경화성 플루오로중합체 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 질소-함유 경화 부위는 니트릴, 이미데이트, 아미독심, 및 아미드라존 중 적어도 하나로부터 선택되는, 경화성 플루오로중합체 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 경화제를 추가로 포함하는, 경화성 플루오로중합체 조성물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 경화제는 퍼옥사이드, 비스아미노페놀, 트라이아진-형성 경화제, 및 오늄 중 적어도 하나인, 경화성 플루오로중합체 조성물.
- 물품을 제조하는 방법으로서, 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항의 경화성 플루오로중합체 조성물을 제공하는 단계; 및 이어서 조성물을 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는, 방법.
- 경화된 물품으로서,
플루오로탄성중합체; 및
금속 불화물의 입자를 포함하고, 입자는 실질적으로 표면 처리되지 않고, 금속 불화물의 금속은 알칼리 토금속, III족 전이 금속 입자, 및 란탄족 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 경화된 물품. - 제16항에 있어서, 플루오로탄성중합체는 퍼플루오르화되는, 경화된 물품.
- 제16항 또는 제17항에 있어서, 금속 불화물은 20℃ 및 주위 압력에서의 수중 용해도가 0.5 g/100 g 미만인, 경화된 물품.
- 제16항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속 불화물의 금속은 Ca, Mg, Y 및 Yb로 이루어진 군의 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 경화된 물품.
- 제16항 내지 제19항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속 불화물의 입자는 1 mm 미만의 평균 직경을 갖는, 경화된 물품.
