도 1 은 본 발명이 적용된 하이브리드 차량의 개략 구성을 나타냄과 함께, 차량의 각 부를 제어하기 위해서 형성된 제어 계통의 주요부를 나타내는 도면이다.

상기 퇴피 주행 제어부 (70 ; 100 ; 122) 는, 상기 고지부 (74) 에 의한 상기 고지 후에, 상기 퇴피 주행 제어를 실시하도록 구성되는, 제어 장치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 퇴피 주행 제어부 (70 ; 100 ; 122) 는, 상기 이상 판정부 (72 ; 120) 에 의해 상기 조작 위치 검출 장치 (49, 56) 의 검출 이상이 발생한 것으로 판정된 경우, 자동 운전 중인 경우에는, 그 자동 운전을 계속시키도록 구성되는, 제어 장치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 이상 판정부 (72 ; 120) 에 의해 상기 조작 위치 검출 장치 (49, 56) 의 검출 이상이 발생한 것으로 판정된 경우, 상기 차량 (10) 이 정지 상태인지를 판정하도록 구성되는 정지 상태 판정부 (82) 와,
상기 정지 상태 판정부 (82) 에 의해 상기 차량 (10) 이 정지 상태인 것으로 판정된 경우, 상기 퇴피 주행 제어에 있어서의 목적지의 입력을 허가하도록 구성되는 입력 허가부 (88) 를, 구비하고,
상기 퇴피 주행 제어부 (70 ; 100 ; 122) 는, 상기 목적지가 입력되면, 상기 차량 (10) 을 입력된 목적지까지 주행시키는, 제어 장치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 이상 판정부 (72 ; 120) 에 의해 상기 조작 위치 검출 장치 (49, 56) 의 검출 이상이 발생한 것으로 판정된 후에, 상기 운전자에 의해 자동 운전으로 전환되었는지를 판정하도록 구성되는 전환 판정부 (78) 를 구비하고,
상기 퇴피 주행 제어부 (70 ; 100 ; 122) 는, 상기 전환 판정부 (78) 에 의해 자동 운전으로 전환되었다고 판정된 경우, 자동 운전으로 상기 차량 (10) 을 주행시키도록 구성되는, 제어 장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항, 또는 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
목적지까지의 주행 경로를 설정하도록 구성된 경로 유도 장치 (75) 를 구비하고,
상기 이상 판정부 (72 ; 120) 에 의해 상기 조작 위치 검출 장치 (49, 56) 의 검출 이상이 발생한 것으로 판정된 경우, 상기 경로 유도 장치 (75) 에 목적지가 입력되어 있는 경우에는, 상기 퇴피 주행 제어부 (70 ; 100 ; 122) 는, 입력되어 있는 상기 목적지까지 상기 차량을 주행시키도록 구성되는, 제어 장치. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
목적지까지의 주행 경로를 설정하도록 구성된 경로 유도 장치 (75) 를 구비하고,
상기 이상 판정부 (72 ; 120) 에 의해 상기 조작 위치 검출 장치 (49, 56) 의 검출 이상이 발생한 것으로 판정된 경우, 상기 경로 유도 장치 (75) 에 상기 목적지가 입력되어 있는 경우에는, 상기 퇴피 주행 제어부 (70 ; 100 ; 122) 는, 입력되어 있는 상기 목적지까지 상기 차량을 주행시키도록 구성되는, 제어 장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 퇴피 주행 제어부 (70 ; 100 ; 122) 는, 상기 이상 판정부 (72 ; 120) 에 의해 상기 조작 위치 검출 장치 (49, 56) 의 검출 이상이 발생한 것으로 판정되면, 일시 퇴피 장소를 검색하도록 구성되는, 제어 장치. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
주행 중인 도로가 고속 도로인지를 판정하도록 구성되는 주행 위치 판정부 (102) 를 구비하고,
상기 퇴피 주행 제어부 (100) 는, 상기 주행 위치 판정부 (102) 에 의해 주행 중인 도로가 고속 도로인 것으로 판정된 경우, 고속 도로 상에 설정되어 있는 상기 일시 퇴피 장소를 목적지로 하여 상기 차량 (10) 을 주행시키도록 구성되는, 제어 장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 퇴피 주행 제어부 (122) 는, 상기 이상 판정부 (120) 에 의해, 상기 차량 (10) 의 주행 레인지의 전환 제어를 실행하는 시프트 제어 장치 (28, 56) 의 이상에서 기인한 상기 조작 위치 검출 장치 (49, 56) 의 검출 이상이 발생한 것으로 판정된 경우에는, 상기 차량 (10) 의 정차 후의 고정을 전동 파킹 브레이크에 의해 실시하도록 구성되는, 제어 장치. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 시프트 제어 장치 (28, 56) 는, 구동륜 (24) 의 회전을 기계적으로 정지시키는 파킹 로크 기구 (29) 를 작동시켜, 상기 차량 (10) 의 주행 레인지를 파킹 레인지로 전환하도록 구성되는, 제어 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 퇴피 주행 제어는, 목적지 정보 및 현재 위치 정보에 기초하여 자동 운전 제어를 실행하는 것인, 제어 장치.
