- 運転者によって操作されるシフト操作装置の操作位置を検出する操作位置検出手段によって検出された操作位置に基づいて、車両の走行レンジを切り替える制御部と、前記操作位置検出手段の検出異常を判定する異常判定部とを、含む車両の制御装置であって、
車両走行中に、前記異常判定部によって前記操作位置検出手段の検出異常が判定された場合、前記シフト操作装置の操作に依存せずに車両を走行させる退避走行制御を実行する退避走行制御部を備え、

前記退避走行制御部は、前記切替判定部によって自動運転に切り替えられたと判定された場合、自動運転で車両を走行させる
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2の車両の制御装置。 - 目的地までの走行経路を設定する経路誘導装置を備え、
前記異常判定部によって前記操作位置検出手段の検出異常が判定された場合、前記経路誘導装置に目的地が入力されている場合には、前記退避走行制御部は、入力されている目的地まで車両を走行させる
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記退避走行制御部は、前記操作位置検出手段の検出異常が判定されると、一時退避場所を検索する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか1に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 走行中の道路が高速道路であるかを判定する走行位置判定部を備え、
前記退避走行制御部は、前記走行位置判定部によって走行中の道路が高速道路と判定された場合、高速道路上に設定されている前記一時退避場所を目的地にして車両を走行させる
ことを特徴とする請求項6の車両の制御装置。 - 前記退避走行制御部は、前記車両の走行レンジの切替制御を実行するシフトECUの異常によって、前記操作位置検出手段の検出異常が判定された場合には、車両の停車後の固定を電動パーキングブレーキによって行うことを特徴とする請求項1から7の何れか1に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記シフトECUは、駆動輪の回転を機械的に停止させるパーキングロック機構を作動させ、車両の走行レンジをパーキングレンジに切り替える機能を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項8の車両の制御装置。 - 前記退避走行制御は、前記目的地情報および前記現在位置情報に基づいて自動運転制御を実行するものであることを特徴とする請求項1の車両の制御装置。
