Description
도 2 는 입경이 45 ~ 150 ㎛ 인 실리카의 함유량과 미세요철 및 피막 밀착성 불량 발생과의 관계를 나타내는 그래프이다.
Claims (2)
- Cl : 0.01 ~ 0.05 mass%, B : 0.05 ~ 0.15 mass%, CaO : 0.1 ~ 2 mass% 및 P2O3 : 0.03 ~ 1.0 mass% 를 함유하고, 시트르산 활성도가 40 % CAA 에서 30 ~ 120초, BET 법에 의한 비표면적이 8 ~ 50 ㎡/g, 강열 감량에 의한 수화량이 0.5 ~ 5.2 mass% 및, 입경 45 ㎛ 이상인 입자의 함유량이 0.1 mass% 이하인 마그네시아를 주체로 하고, 나아가 입경 45 ㎛ 이상 150 ㎛ 이하의 비수용성 화합물을 0.05 mass% 이상 20 mass% 이하로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방향성 전기강판용 어닐링 분리제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 비수용성 화합물이 산화물이며, 그 산화물이 Al, Si, P, Ti, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn 및 Ga 로부터 선택된 1 종 혹은 2종 이상의 산화물, 혹은 MgO 의 복합 산화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방향성 전기강판용 어닐링 분리제.
