- Bam(Ti1-xZrx)O3(0.995≤m≤1.010, 0<x≤0.10)로 표시되는 모재 분말;상기 모재 분말 100몰에 대하여, Mg, Sr, Ba, 및 Zr 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 산화물 또는 탄화물인 0.05 내지 6.00 몰의 제1 부성분;Sc, Y, La, Ac, Ce, Pr, Nd, Pm, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, 및 Lu 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 산화물인 0.2 내지 3.0몰의 제2 부성분;Cr, Mo, W, Mn, Fe, Co, 및 Ni 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 산화물인 0.05 내지 0.50몰의 제3 부성분;V, Nb 및 Ta 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 산화물인 0.05 내지 0.35몰의 제4 부성분; 및Si 및 Al 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 산화물인 0.5 내지 4.00몰의 제5 부성분;을 포함하는 유전체 자기 조성물.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 내지 제5 부성분 중 적어도 하나 이상은 비표면적이 2.0 m2/g 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 자기 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 부성분 및 제5 부성분은 하나의 화합물 형태로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 자기 조성물.
