Claims (11)
- 발광 장치에 있어서,
제 1 전극;
상기 제 1 전극 위에 제공되고, 형광 재료를 포함하는 제 1 층, 및 상기 제 1 층 위에 제공되고 인광 재료를 포함하는 제 2 층을 포함하는 전계 발광층;
상기 전계 발광층 위에 제공된 제 2 전극을 포함하고,
상기 발광 장치는 백색을 발광하는, 발광 장치. - 발광 장치에 있어서,
제 1 전극;
상기 제 1 전극 위에 제공되고, 형광 재료를 포함하는 제 1 층, 상기 제 1 층 위에 제공되는 제 2 층, 및 상기 제 2 층 위에 제공되고 인광 재료를 포함하는 제 3 층을 포함하는 전계 발광층;
상기 전계 발광층 위에 제공된 제 2 전극을 포함하고,
상기 발광 장치는 백색을 발광하는, 발광 장치. - 발광 장치에 있어서,
제 1 전극;
상기 제 1 전극 위에 제공되고, 형광 재료를 포함하는 제 1 층, 상기 제 1 층 위에 제공되고 인광 재료를 포함하는 제 2 층을 포함하는 전계 발광층;
상기 전계 발광층 위에 제공된 제 2 전극을 포함하고,
상기 제 1 층의 발광 스텍트럼은 400nm 이상 500nm 이하의 영역에서 적어도 하나의 피크를 갖고, 및
상기 제 2 층의 발광 스펙트럼은 560nm 이상 700nm 이하의 영역에서 적어도 하나의 피크를 갖는, 발광 장치. - 발광 장치에 있어서,
제 1 전극;
상기 제 1 전극 위에 제공되고, 형광 재료를 포함하는 제 1 층, 상기 제 1 층 위에 제공되는 제 2 층, 및 상기 제 2 층 위에 제공되고 인광 재료를 포함하는 제 3 층을 포함하는 전계 발광층;
상기 전계 발광층 위에 제공된 제 2 전극을 포함하고,
상기 제 1 층의 발광 스텍트럼은 400nm 이상 500nm 이하의 영역에서 적어도 하나의 피크를 갖고, 및
상기 제 3 층의 발광 스펙트럼은 560nm 이상 700nm 이하의 영역에서 적어도 하나의 피크를 갖는, 발광 장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 층은 홀 수송 재료를 더 포함하는, 발광 장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 층은 전자 수송 재료를 더 포함하는, 발광 장치. - 제 2 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 제 3 층은 전자 수송 재료를 더 포함하는, 발광 장치. - 제 2 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 층은 전자 수송성을 갖는, 발광 장치. - 제 2 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 층은 홀 블록 재료를 포함하는, 발광 장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 형광 재료는 청색을 발광하는, 발광 장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
