상기 제 1 발광층의 LUMO 준위 및 상기 제 2 발광층의 LUMO 준위 사이의 에너지 갭은 0.3eV보다 큰, 조명 장치. - 제 11 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
