도 5는 기록 재료층 등에 오목부를 형성하는 광디스크 드라이브를 나타내는 도면이다.

Claims (8)
- 히트 모드의 형상 변화가 가능한 기록 재료층에 복수의 오목부를 형성하는 오목부 형성 방법으로서:
상기 기록 재료층에 광원을 포함해서 구성되는 광학계로부터 집광된 광을 조사함으로써 오목부를 형성하는 오목부 형성 공정;
상기 기록 재료층에 있어서의 오목부의 형성 중 또는 형성 후에 있어서 그 오목부에 검사광을 조사하는 검사광 조사 공정;
상기 오목부로부터 반사 또는 회절되는 검사광의 광량을 검출하는 검출 공정; 및
상기 광량에 의거하여 상기 광량이 소정값이 되도록 상기 광원의 출력을 조정하는 출력 조정 공정을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 오목부 형성 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 검사광으로서 상기 광원으로부터 출사되는 광을 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 오목부 형성 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 광원과는 별도의 광원에 의해 상기 검사광을 출사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오목부 형성 방법. - 기체의 표면 상에 요철을 갖는 요철 제품의 제조 방법으로서:
상기 기체의 표면 상에 히트 모드의 형상 변화가 가능한 기록 재료층을 형성하는 공정;
제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 오목부 형성 방법에 의해 상기 기록 재료층에 복수의 오목부를 형성하는 공정; 및
복수의 오목부가 형성된 기록 재료층을 마스크로 해서 에칭을 행함으로써 상기 기체의 표면 상에 상기 오목부에 대응한 구멍부를 형성하는 공정을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 요철 제품의 제조 방법. - 발광체를 갖는 발광 소자의 제조 방법으로서:
발광면에 히트 모드의 형상 변화가 가능한 기록 재료층을 형성하는 공정; 및
제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 오목부 형성 방법에 의해 상기 기록 재료층에 복수의 오목부를 형성하는 공정을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 소자의 제조 방법. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
복수의 오목부가 형성된 상기 기록 재료층을 마스크로 해서 에칭을 행함으로써 상기 발광면에 상기 오목부에 대응한 구멍부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 소자의 제조 방법. - 발광 소자의 발광면에 장착됨으로써 상기 발광 소자의 발광 효율을 향상시키는 광학 소자의 제조 방법으로서:
상기 발광 소자가 발하는 광이 투과 가능한 지지체의 표면에 히트 모드의 형상 변화가 가능한 기록 재료층을 형성하는 공정; 및
제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 오목부 형성 방법에 의해 상기 기록 재료층에 복수의 오목부를 형성하는 공정을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 소자의 제조 방법. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
복수의 오목부가 형성된 상기 기록 재료층을 마스크로 해서 에칭을 행함으로써 상기 지지체의 표면에 상기 오목부에 대응한 구멍부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 소자의 제조 방법.
