Claims (7)
- 폴리페닐렌술피드 섬유로 구성되고, 상기 폴리페닐렌술피드 섬유의 30 wt% 이상이, 결정화도가 25∼50%인 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 부직포.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리페닐렌술피드 섬유가, 1분 동안에 20℃의 승온 속도로 측정했을 때의 시차열 분석계에 의한 융해 피크를 85∼240℃의 범위 내에 갖지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 부직포.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리페닐렌술피드 섬유가, 섬유 직경 1∼50 ㎛의 장섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 부직포.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 부직포가, 열접착으로 일체화 접합된 스펀본드 부직포인 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 부직포.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 부직포가, 적어도 1층 이상의 섬유 직경이 3∼50 ㎛이고 결정화도가 25∼50%인 폴리페닐렌술피드 장섬유로 이루어지는 층과, 적어도 1층 이상의 섬유 직경이 0.1∼3 ㎛이고 결정화도가 10∼50%인 폴리페닐렌술피드 미세 섬유로 이루어지는 층이, 적층 일체화되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 부직포.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 부직포가, 상하층으로서, 섬유 직경이 3∼50 ㎛이고 결정화도가 25∼50%인 폴리페닐렌술피드 장섬유로 이루어지는 층을 가지며, 중간층으로서, 섬유 직경이 0.1∼3 ㎛이고 결정화도가 10∼50%인 폴리페닐렌술피드 미세 섬유로 이루어지는 층을 가지며, 또한, 상하층과 중간층이 적층 일체화되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 부직포.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 내열성 부직포에 있어서, 180℃에 있어서의 수축률이 3% 이하, 단위 중량당의 인장 강력이 0.2 (N/㎝)/(g/㎡) 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 부직포.
