Claims (10)
- 무기 입자로 이루어지며, 하기의 식 (a)∼(d)를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 수지 필름용 미공 형성제.(a) 0.1≤D50≤1.5(μm)(b) Da≤20(μm)(c) 3≤Sw≤60(m2/g)(d) Ir≥1.0×105(Ω·cm)단, D50: 레이저 회절식(마이크로 트랙 FRA)에서의 입도 분포에 있어서, 큰 입자측으로부터 기산한 중량 누계 50% 평균 입자 직경(μm)Da: 레이저 회절식(마이크로 트랙 FRA)에서의 입도 분포에 있어서, 최대 입자 직경(μm)Sw: 질소 흡착법에 의한 BET 비표면적(m2/g)Ir: 염산 불용분의 체적 저항률(Ω·cm)
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 무기 입자가 탄산 칼슘, 인산 칼슘, 수산화 마그네슘, 황산 바륨으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 수지 필름용 미공 형성제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 무기 입자가 탄산 칼슘인 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 수 지 필름용 미공 형성제.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 무기 입자가 계면 활성제 (A)와 알칼리 토류 금속에 대하여 킬레이트능을 갖는 화합물 (B)로 표면 처리되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 수지 필름용 미공 형성제.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하기의 식 (e)를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 수지 필름용 미공 형성제.(e) 1≤As≤4(mg/m2)단,As: 다음 식에 의해 산출되는 단위 비표면적 당 열감량〔(200℃∼500℃의 표면 처리된 무기 입자 1g 당 열감량(mg/g)〕/Sw(m2/g)
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하기의 식 (f)를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 수지 필름용 미공 형성제.(f) Hx≤500(ppm)단,Hx: 미공 형성제 500g 중에 함유하는 염산 불용분량
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하기의 식 (g)를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 수지 필름용 미공 형성제.(g) Fc≤30(ppm)단,Fc: 미공 형성제 500g 중에 함유하는 염산 불용성 프리 카본량
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항의 미공 형성제를 다공질 필름용 수지에 배합하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 수지 필름용 조성물.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 다공질 필름용 수지가 올레핀계 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 수지 필름용 조성물.
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서, 전지 세퍼레이터용인 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 수지 필름용 조성물.
