Claims (2)
- 액적을 분사하기 위한 노즐이 설치된 잉크젯 헤드의 상기 노즐로부터 도포 대상으로 상기 액적을 분사시켜 도포하는 도포부와,상기 잉크젯 헤드와 상기 도포 대상이 적재되는 테이블 사이에 배치되어 상기 도포 대상을 덮는 동시에, 용제 보유 지지체를 보유 지지하는 커버와,상기 커버에 보유 지지되는 상기 용제 보유 지지체에 용제를 공급하는 용제 공급부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 도포 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 커버는,상기 용제 보유 지지체를 수납하는 수납부와,상기 커버에 의해 덮이는 공간과 상기 수납부 내를 연통시키는 연통부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 도포 장치.
