Claims (9)
- Mo, V, 성분 X, 및 실리카를 포함하는 담체를 포함하는 촉매 입자를 포함하며, 상기 성분 X는 알칼리 토금속 원소 및 희토류 원소로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소이고 상기 촉매 입자 내에서 균일하게 분포되어 있는, 상기 담체에 담지된 복합 산화물 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 입자의 단면을 조성 분석했을 때의 성분 X와 Si의 신호 강도비의 분산치 Dx가 0<Dx<0.5인 복합 산화물 촉매.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 Y를 더 포함하고, 상기 성분 Y는 Te, Sb로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소인 복합 산화물 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, Nb를 더 포함하는 복합 산화물 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 성분 X가 Sc, Y(이트륨), La, Ce, Pr, Yb로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소인 복합 산화물 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, SiO2 환산으로 20 내지 60 중량%의 실리카에 담지되어 있는 복합 산화물 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 프로판 또는 이소부탄의 기상 접촉 산화 반응 또는 기상 접촉 암모 산화 반응에 사용되는 복합 산화물 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 복합 산화물 촉매를 사용하는 불포화산 또는 불포화 니트릴의 제조 방법.
- Mo 화합물, V 화합물 및 X 화합물을 포함하는 혼합액에 실리카를 혼합함으로써 원료 조합액을 얻고, 상기 원료 조합액을 분무 건조하여 건조 분체를 얻으며, 상기 건조 분체를 소성하는, 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 복합 산화물 촉매의 제조 방법.
