Claims (9)
- 전기를 이용하는 자동차의 ECU로 배터리의 SOC를 출력하는 배터리를 관리하는 배터리 관리 시스템에 있어서,상기 배터리의 팩전류 및 팩전압을 측정하는 센싱부;상기 팩전류 및 팩전압을 이용하여 SOH를 출력하는 SOH 추정부;상기 팩전류 및 상기 배터리의 총 배터리 용량을 이용하여 SOC를 산출하여 출력하는 SOC 추정부;상기 팩전류를 이용하여 총방전 누적량을 누산하고, 누산된 총방전 누적량에 따라 총 배터리 용량을 결정하여 상기 SOC 추정부에 전달하는 총 배터리 용량 결정부; 및산출된 상기 SOC 또는 상기 SOH를 상기 ECU로 출력하는 출력부를 포함하는 배터리 관리 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 총 배터리 용량 결정부는,방전 시간 및 방전 팩전류에 기초하여 산출된 방전량을 누산하여 총방전 누적량을 산출하는 총방전 누산기; 및총방전 누적량에 대응되는 총 배터리 용량이 저장된 LUT를 포함하고,주기적으로 상기 총방전 누산기에서 산출된 총방전 누적량에 대응되게 상기 LUT에 저장된 총 배터리 용량을 상기 SOC 추정부로 전달하는 배터리 관리 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 총 배터리 용량은상기 배터리가 산출된 상기 총방전 누적량만큼 방전된 때, 상기 배터리가 완전 충전 후 완전 방전될 때까지 측정한 방전량인 배터리 관리 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 LUT는,특정 온도마다 상기 총방전 누적량에 대한 총 배터리 용량이 저장된 배터리 관리 시스템.
- 배터리 관리 시스템에서 사용되는 배터리의 SOC 추정 방법에 있어서,a) 상기 배터리의 팩전압 및 팩전류를 측정하는 단계;b) 측정된 상기 팩전류를 이용하여 상기 배터리의 총방전 누적량을 계산하는 단계;c) 상기 총방전 누적량에 대응되는 총 배터리 용량을 결정하는 단계; 및d) 상기 총 배터리 용량 및 상기 팩전류에 기초하여 상기 배터리의 SOC를 산출하는 단계를 포함하는 SOC 추정 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 c) 단계에서, 상기 총 배터리 용량은,상기 총방전 누적량의 증가치가 소정의 값을 가질 때마다 증가된 총방전 누적량에 대응되는 값으로 결정되는 SOC 추정 방법.
- 배터리 관리 시스템에서 사용되는 배터리의 SOC 추정 방법을 수행하는 기록매체에 있어서,상기 배터리의 팩전압 및 팩전류를 측정하는 기능;측정된 상기 팩전류를 이용하여 상기 배터리의 총방전 누적량을 계산하는 기능;상기 총방전 누적량에 대응되는 총 배터리 용량을 결정하는 기능; 및상기 총 배터리 용량 및 상기 팩전류에 기초하여 상기 배터리의 SOC를 산출하는 기능를 포함하는 기록매체.
