Claims (9)
- 이차 전지 모듈의 릴레이를 제어하는 방법에 있어서,컷오프(cut-off) 전압 범위 내에서 릴레이를 오프(off)시키고,릴레이가 오프(off)된 상태에서 단위 전지의 전압이 컷오프 전압을 벗어난 범위에서 설정되는 회복전압 범위 이내인 경우 릴레이를 온(on)시키는 이차 전지 모듈 제어방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 컷오프 전압은 4.3V보다 크거나 2.8V보다 작은 범위로 설정되는 이차 전지 모듈 제어방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 회복 전압은 3.0V보다 크거나 4.1V보다 작은 범위로 설정되는 이차 전지 모듈 제어방법.
- 이차 전지 모듈의 릴레이를 제어하는 방법에 있어서,상기 전지 모듈의 각 단위 전지가 기 설정된 회복 전압 이내인가를 단위 전지 순서대로 확인하는 루핑 단계와,상기 루핑 단계를 거쳐 상기 회복 전압 이내로 확인된 단위 전지의 개수에 따라 릴레이 온/오프를 결정하는 결정단계를 포함하는 이차 전지 모듈 제어방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 루핑 단계는이차 전지 모듈의 각 단위 전지 순서대로 단위 전지의 전압이 컷오프 전압 범위 이내인가를 확인하는 단계와,상기 단위 전지의 전압이 컷오프 전압 범위보다 높거나 낮은 경우 릴레이의 오프상태를 유지하는 단계,상기 단위 전지의 전압이 컷오프 전압 범위 이내인 경우 상기 단위 전지의 전압이 회복전압 이내인지를 확인하는 단계,상기 단위 전지의 전압이 회복전압 이내인 경우 단위 전지의 개수를 카운팅하는 단계,상기 과정을 반복하여 전지 모듈에 설치된 모든 단위 전지가 상기 과정을 거쳤는지를 확인하는 단계를 포함하는 이차 전지 모듈 제어방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 결정 단계는상기 측정된 전압이 회복 전압 이내인 단위 전지의 개수가 전지 모듈의 단위 전지 개수와 동일한지 여부를 확인하는 단계,상기 측정된 전압이 회복 전압 이내인 단위 전지의 개수가 전지 모듈의 단위 전지 개수와 같지 않은 경우 릴레이의 컷오프 상태를 유지하는 단계,상기 측정된 전압이 회복 전압 이내인 단위 전지의 개수가 전지 모듈의 단위 전지 개수와 동일한 경우 릴레이를 온 시키는 단계를 포함하는 이차 전지 모듈 제어방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 릴레이 오프 상태 유지되거나 릴레이가 온 여부가 결정되면 각 단위 전지의 전압 측정 작업을 계속 수행하는 단계를 포함하는 이차 전지 모듈 제어방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 컷오프 전압은 4.3V보다 크거나 2.8V보다 작은 범위로 설정되는 이차 전지 모듈 제어방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 회복 전압은 3.0V보다 크거나 4.1V보다 작은 범위로 설정되는 이차 전지 모듈 제어방법.
