Claims (5)
- 세라믹 히터와, 이 세라믹 히터가 일단부에 유지되는 동시에, 타단부측이 하우징의 내부 구멍에 고정된 금속제 외통과, 이 금속제 외통내에서 상기 세라믹 히터의 한쪽의 전극에 접속된 전극 취출 부재를 구비하고, 상기 금속제 외통내에 밀봉재로서 절연체를 봉입한 세라믹 히터형 글로 플러그에 있어서,상기 세라믹 히터와 전극 취출 부재의 접속부의 주위에 무기 절연체의 과립체 분말을 충전한 것을 특징으로 하는세라믹 히터형 글로 플러그.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 세라믹 히터의 금속제 외통내에 위치하는 단부에 소직경부가 형성되고, 이 소직경부에서 상기 세라믹 히터의 전극과 전극 취출 부재가 접속된 것을 특징으로 하는세라믹 히터형 글로 플러그.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 과립체 분말은 1차 입자가 5㎛ 이하의 미립 분말로 이루어지는 고립체인 것을 특징으로 하는세라믹 히터형 글로 플러그.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 과립체의 직경이 30㎛ 내지 200㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는세라믹 히터형 글로 플러그.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 금속제 외통내에 봉입된 절연체는 충전된 후 스웨징 가공에 의해 고밀도화된 내열성 절연분체인 것을 특징으로 하는세라믹 히터형 글로 플러그.
