前記セラミックスヒータと電極取り出し部材との接続部の周囲に、無機絶縁体の顆粒体粉末を充填したことを特徴とするものである。

Claims (5)
- セラミックスヒータと、このセラミックスヒータが一端部に保持されるとともに、他端部側がハウジングの内部孔に固定された金属製外筒と、この金属製外筒内で前記セラミックスヒータの一方の電極に接続された電極取り出し部材とを備え、
前記金属製外筒内に封止材として絶縁体を封入したセラミックスヒータ型グロープラグにおいて、
前記セラミックスヒータと電極取り出し部材との接続部の周囲に、無機絶縁体の顆粒体粉末を充填したことを特徴とするセラミックスヒータ型グロープラグ。 - 前記セラミックスヒータの金属製外筒内に位置する端部に小径部が形成され、この小径部において前記セラミックスヒータの電極と電極取り出し部材とが接続されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセラミックスヒータ型グロープラグ。
- 前記顆粒体粉末は、一次粒子が5μm以下の微粒粉からなる顆粒体であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のセラミックスヒータ型グロープラグ。
- 前記顆粒体の径が30〜200μmであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに記載のセラミックスヒータ型グロープラグ。
- 前記金属製外筒内に封入された絶縁体は、充填された後スエージング加工により高密度化された耐熱性絶縁粉体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセラミックスヒータ型グロープラグ。
