Claims (16)
- 복수의 자성 합금 박대를 비접착 상태로 적층한 적층물과, 상기 적층물의 외주면 중 적어도 일부를 비접착 상태로 덮도록 배치되고, 또한 유연성을 갖는 절연물로 이루어지는 절연 피복층을 구비하는 코어와,상기 코어의 주위에 배치된 코일을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인덕턴스 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자성 합금 박대는 표면 거칠기(Rf)가 0.08 내지 0.45의 범위의 표면 거칠기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 인덕턴스 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적층물은 상기 절연 피복층의 내부 공간에 대한 점적율이 90 % 이하가 되도록, 상기 절연 피복층 내에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인덕턴스 소자.
- 복수의 자성 합금 박대를, 유연성을 갖는 절연성 접착제층을 통해 적층한 적층물을 구비하는 코어와,상기 코어의 주위에 배치된 코일을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인덕턴스 소자.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 적층물은 상기 절연 피복층의 내부 공간에 대한 점적율이 90 % 이하가 되도록, 상기 절연 피복층 내에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인덕턴스 소자.
- 복수의 자성 합금 박대를, 냉간으로 성형된 층간 절연층을 통해 적층한 적층물을 구비하는 코어와,상기 코어의 주위에 배치된 코일을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인덕턴스 소자.
- 복수의 자성 합금 박대를 적층한 적층물을 구비하는 코어와,상기 코어의 주위에 배치된 코일을 구비하고,상기 적층물은 인덕턴스의 온도 구배가 플러스의 제1 자성 합금 박대와 인덕턴스의 온도 구배가 마이너스의 제2 자성 합금 박대를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 인덕턴스 소자.
- 복수의 자성 합금 박대를 적층한 적층물을 구비하는 코어와,상기 코어의 주위에 배치된 코일을 구비하고,상기 코일의 길이 방향의 길이를 a[㎜], 상기 코어의 상기 코일의 길이 방향에 대응하는 길이를 b[㎜]로 하였을 때, a ≤ b - 2[㎜]를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인덕턴스 소자.
- 복수의 자성 합금 박대를, 층간 절연층을 통해 적층한 적층물을 구비하는 코어와,상기 코어의 주위에 배치된 코일을 구비하고,상기 자성 합금 박대는 그 폭 방향의 단부가 상기 층간 절연층의 단부보다 내측에 위치하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인덕턴스 소자.
- 복수의 자성 합금 박대를 적층한 적층물과, 상기 적층물의 양단부에 상기 자성 합금 박대와 자기적으로 결합하도록 배치된 단부용 자성 합금 박대를 구비하는 코어와,상기 코어의 주위에 배치된 코일을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인덕턴스 소자.
- 권취선 사이가 접착 고정된 솔레노이드 형상의 중공 코일과,상기 중공 코일 내에 그 양단부로부터 삽입된 T자형의 자성 합금 박대를 구비하는 코어를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인덕턴스 소자.
- 길이 방향으로 유도 자기 이방성이 부여된 자성 합금 박대의 적층물을 구비하는 코어와,상기 코어의 주위에 배치된 코일을 구비하고,200 ㎑ 이하의 주파수 영역에서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인덕턴스 소자.
- 복수의 자성 합금 박대를 적층한 적층물을 구비하는 코어와,상기 코어의 주위에 배치된 코일을 구비하고,상기 자성 합금 박대는 그 길이 방향에 대해 70 내지 85°의 범위에 유도 자기 이방성이 부여되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인덕턴스 소자.
- 복수의 자성 합금 박대를 적층한 적층물을 구비하는 코어와,상기 코어의 주위에 배치된 코일을 구비하고,상기 자성 합금 박대는 그 길이 방향에 대한 자구폭(m)이 0.106 ㎜ 이하로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인덕턴스 소자.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 자구폭(m)과 상기 자성 합금 박대의 폭(w)이 m ≤ 0.106 × (w/0.8) [㎜]의 관계를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인덕턴스 소자.
- 원하는 코어 형상보다도 폭이 넓은 자성 합금 박대를 자계 속에서 열처리하고, 상기 폭이 넓은 자성 합금 박대의 폭 방향으로 자기 이방성을 부여하는 공정과,상기 자기 이방성을 부여한 상기 폭이 넓은 자성 합금 박대의 표면에 절연 처리를 실시하는 공정과,상기 절연 처리가 실시된 상기 폭이 넓은 자성 합금 박대를 원하는 코어 형상으로 가공한 후에 적층하고, 원하는 형상의 자성 합금 박대의 적층물로 이루어지는 코어를 제작하는 공정과,상기 코어의 주위에 도체를 배치하여 코일을 형성하는 공정을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인덕턴스 소자의 제조 방법.
