Claims (5)
- 에틸렌카보네이트와 불소개스와 질소개스의 혼합개스를 반응시켜 4-플루오로에틸렌카보네이트를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 에틸렌카보네이트가 충전된 반응기내로 불소개스와 질소개스의 혼합개스를 공급 할 때 충전컬럼용 충전물이 충전된 기포조절 컬럼을 이용하여 기포의 크기를 조절하여 공급, 반응시키는 4-플루오로에틸렌카보네이트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 충전컬럼용 충전물이 레쉬히 링, 폴링 또는 구조충전물인 4-플루오로에틸렌카보네이트의 제조방법.
- 4-플루오로에틸렌카보네이트의 정제방법에 있어서, 에틸렌카보네이트와 불소개스와 질소개스를 반응시켜 얻어지는 불산(HF), 및 미반응에틸렌카보네이트, 디플루오로에틸렌카보네이트(DFEC)를 함유하는 4-플루오로에틸렌카보네이트를 감압증류방법으로 불산, 에틸렌카보네이트 및 디플루오로에틸렌카보네이트를 분리·정제하여 고순도의 4-플루오로에틸렌카보네이트를 얻는 4-플루오로에틸렌카보네이트의 정제방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 불산, 에틸렌카보네이트 및 디플루오로에틸렌카보네이트를 함유하는 4-플루오로에틸렌카보네이트를 분별증류컬럼에서 온도 60~120℃, 압력 30~140mmHg에서 분별증류하여 불산을 분리·제거시킨 후 온도 90~160℃, 압력 20~100mmHg에서 재증류하여 에틸렌카보네이트, 디플루오로에틸렌카보네이트와 잔류 불산을 분리·제거시키고, 이를 온도 60~130℃ 압력 1~100mmHg에서 재증류하여 고순도의 4-플루오로에틸렌카보네이트를 얻는 4-플루오로에틸렌카보네이트의 정제방법.
