Abstract

Claims (8)
- 정극 및 부극과 함께 전해액을 구비한 전지이며,상기 부극은 구성 원소로서 주석(Sn) 및 규소(Si) 중의 하나 이상을 포함하는 부극 활성 물질을 함유하고,상기 전해액은 산 무수물 및 그의 유도체로 이루어지는 군 중의 1종 이상의 첨가물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 첨가물은 환에 -C(=0)-O-C(=O)-기를 포함하는 환식 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전해액에서의 첨가물의 함유량이 0.001 질량% 이상 10 질량% 이하의 범위 내인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전해액이 할로겐 원자를 갖는 환상 탄산에스테르 유도체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전해액이 4-플루오로-1,3-디옥솔란-2-온 및 4-클로로-1,3-디옥솔란-2-온 중의 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부극 활성 물질이 구성 원소로서 추가로 니켈(Ni), 구리(Cu), 철(Fe), 코발트(Co), 망간(Mn), 아연(Zn), 인듐(In), 은(Ag), 티탄(Ti), 게르마늄(Ge), 비스무스(Bi), 안티몬(Sb) 및 크롬(Cr)으로 이루어지는 군 중의 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 재1항에 있어서, 상기 부극 활성 물질로서 주석, 코발트 및 탄소(C)를 구성 원소로서 포함하고, 탄소의 함유량이 9.9 질량% 이상 29.7 질량% 이하이고, 또한 주석과 코발트의 합계에 대한 코발트의 비율이 30 질량% 이상 70 질량% 이하인 CoSnC 함유 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 CoSnC 함유 재료는 X선 광전자 분석법에 의해 284.5 eV보다도 낮은 영역에 상기 탄소의 1s 피크가 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
