Description
Claims (11)
- 일단부에 노즐이 구비된 실린지와; 상기 실린지가 장착되는 몸체와; 상기 실린지의 노즐과 기판의 접촉 여부에 따라 개폐가 전환되는 접점식 스위치(contact type switch)와; 상기 접점식 스위치의 개폐 전환에 의해 상기 노즐과 기판이 접촉되는 초기값을 검출하는 제1센서와; 상기 몸체를 상하 방향으로 구동시키는 수직구동 모터를 구비하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시패널의 디스펜서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1센서는 레이저 변위 센서인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시패널의 디스펜서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 실린지에 실런트가 채워진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시패널의 디스펜서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 실린지에 액정이 채워진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시패널의 디스펜서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 실린지에 은(Ag)이 채워진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시패널의 디스펜서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수직구동 모터는 사용자로부터 터치-패널이나 키보드와 같은 입력장치를 통해 입력되는 구동 지시에 상기 몸체를 상하 방향으로 구동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시패널의 디스펜서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 기판이 로딩되는 테이블을 더 구비하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시패널의 디스펜서.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 테이블은 전후좌우 방향으로 수평 이동이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시패널의 디스펜서.
- 실린지의 노즐과 기판이 접촉되도록 실린지가 장착된 몸체를 하강시키는 단계와; 상기 노즐과 기판이 접촉되면, 상기 몸체를 상승시켜 접점식 스위치의 개폐 전환에 의해 노즐과 기판이 접촉되는 초기값을 검출하는 단계와; 상기 노즐이 기판으로부터 이격되도록 상기 몸체를 상승시키는 단계와; 상기 노즐이 상기 초기값으로부터 설정된 높이에 도달하도록 상기 몸체를 하강시키는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 액정 표시패널의 디스펜서를 이용한 노즐과 기판의 갭 제어방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 초기값은 상기 노즐과 기판이 접촉될 때의 노즐의 높이 정보인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시패널의 디스펜서를 이용한 노즐과 기판의 갭 제어방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 설정된 높이는 약 40㎛ 정도인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시패널의 디스펜서를 이용한 노즐과 기판의 갭 제어방법.
