Claims (8)
- 구동 풀리의 실린더실에 공급되는 프라이머리압의 압력치와 종동 풀리의 실린더실에 공급되는 세컨더리압의 압력치를 검출하는 프라이머리압 센서 및 세컨더리압 센서와, 상기 각 센서에서 검출된 압력치가 운전 상태에 따라서 연산된 목표 세컨더리압과 목표 프라이머리압에 일치하도록 피드백 제어하는 유압 제어 장치를 구비한 V 벨트식 무단 자동 변속기에 있어서,상기 프라이머리압에 대응하는 압력치와 상기 세컨더리압에 대응하는 압력치간의 상호 관계가 실제로는 있을 수 없는 관계로 되어 있지 않은지 여부를 판정하는 판정 수단을 구비하고,상기 제어 수단은 상기 판정 수단에 의해, 상기 상호 관계가 실제로는 있을 수 없는 관계로 되어 있는 것이 판정된 경우에, 상기 압력치를 기초로 한 제어를 금지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 V 벨트식 무단 자동 변속기의 변속 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어 수단에 의한 상기 압력치를 기초로 한 제어는, 상기 세컨더리압 센서에서 검출된 압력치가 운전 상태에 따라서 연산된 목표 세컨더리압에 일치하도록 피드백 제어하는 피드백 제어이고, 상기 판정 수단에 의해 상기 상호 관계가 실제로는 있을 수 없는 관계로 되어 있는 것이 판정된 경우에, 상기 피드백 제어를 금지하여 오픈 제어로 스위칭하는 스위칭 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 V 벨트식 무단 자동 변속기의 변속 제어 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 판정 수단은 실변속비가 소변속비 제한치보다도 크고 또한 대변속비 제한치보다도 작을 때에, 상기 판정을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 V 벨트식 무단 자동 변속기의 변속 제어 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 판정 수단은 차량이 비정지 상태일 때에, 상기 판정을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 V 벨트식 무단 자동 변속기의 변속 제어 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 판정 수단은 원압인 라인압의 지령치보다도 프라이머리압 센서에서 검출되는 실프라이머리압이 낮을 때에, 상기 판정을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 V 벨트식 무단 자동 변속기의 변속 제어 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 판정 수단은 변속 정상 상태일 때에, 상기 판정을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 V 벨트식 무단 자동 변속기의 변속 제어 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 판정 수단은 제3항 내지 제6항에 기재된 모든 조건을 충족시켰을 때에, 상기 판정을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 V 벨트식 무단 자동 변속기의 변속 제어 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제어 수단은 상기 판정 수단이, 상기 상호 관계가 실제로는 있을 수 없는 관계로 되어 있는 것을 소정 시간 계속하여 판정한 경우에, 상기 압력치를 기초로 한 제어를 금지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 V 벨트식 무단 자동 변속기의 변속 제어 장치.
