Claims (8)
- 알칼리-망간 전지 정극 캔용의 도금 강판에 있어서,상기 강판의 캔 내면이 되는 면에는, 표면에 직경이 1㎛ 이하인 핀홀을 갖는 Ni계 확산 도금층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리-망간 전지 정극 캔용 Ni 도금 강판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, SEM에 의해 관찰된 상기 핀홀은, 직경이 0.1㎛ ~ 1㎛, 개수가 30개/(10㎛×10㎛) 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리-망간 전지 정극 캔용 도금 강판.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 강판의 캔 외면이 되는 면에, Fe-Ni 확산 도금층과 Ni 도금층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리-망간 전지 정극 캔용 도금 강판.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 강판의 캔 외면이 되는 면의 Ni 도금층은 재결정 연질화된 도금층인 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리-망간 전지 정극 캔용 도금 강판.
- 알칼리-망간 전지 정극 캔에 있어서,상기 정극 캔은, 캔 내면이 되는 면에, 표면에 직경이 1㎛ 이하인 핀홀을 갖는 Ni계 확산 도금층이 형성된 강판으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리-망간 전지 정극 캔.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, SEM에 의해 관찰된 상기 강판의 핀홀은, 직경이 0.1㎛ ~ 1㎛, 개수가 30개/(10㎛×10㎛) 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리-망간 전지 정극 캔.
- 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 전지 정극 캔은, 캔 외면이 되는 면에 Fe-Ni 확산 도금층과 Ni 도금층이 형성된 강판으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리-망간 전지 정극 캔.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 전지 정극 캔의 캔 외면이 되는 면의 Ni 도금층은 재결정 연질화된 도금층인 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리-망간 전지 정극 캔.
