Claims (6)
- 전기화학적으로 리튬을 삽입/이탈시킬 수 있는 탄소재료를 활물질로하는 음극,리튬을 함유하는 칼코게나이드를 활물질로하는 양극,양극과 음극 사이에 배치된, 비수성 전해액을 유지하는 이온 전도성 고분자 매트릭스로된 폴리머 전해질층을 구비하는 리튬 폴리머 이차전지에 있어서,전지는 제작후 40 내지 60℃의 온도에서 가열처리되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 리튬 폴리머 이차전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가열처리는 전지제작후 초기충전 전에 실시되는 리튬 폴리머 이차전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이온전도성 고분자는 고분자 사슬중에 에틸렌옥사이드(EO) 단위 단독 또는 EO 단위와 프로필렌옥사이드(PO) 단위 양쪽을 포함하는 폴리에테르폴리올(메타)아크릴산 에스테르의 중합체 또는 공중합체인 리튬 폴리머 이차전지.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 음극 활물질은 흑연입자의 표면에 비정질탄소를 부착시킨 것인 리튬 폴리머 이차전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비수성 전해액의 용매는 에틸렌 카보네이트, 프로필렌 카보네이트, γ-부티로락톤, 에틸메틸 카보네이트, 디메틸카보네이트, 디에틸 카보네이트 또는 이들의 혼합용매인 리튬 폴리머 이차전지.
- 전기화학적으로 리튬을 삽입/이탈시킬 수 있는 탄소재료를 활물질로하는 음극과, 리튬을 함유하는 칼코게나이드를 활물질로하는 양극을 준비하는 공정;각각의 전극과 일체로, 비수성 전해액을 유지하는 이온 전도성 고분자 매트릭스로된 폴리머 전해질층을 형성하는 공정;형성된 폴리머 전해질을 내측으로 하여 음극과 양극을 접합시키는 것에 의해 전지를 형성하는 공정; 및제작한 전지를 40 내지 60℃의 온도에서 가열처리하는 공정;을 포함하는 청구항 1에 기재한 리튬 폴리머 이차전지의 제조방법.
