- 제1항에 있어서, 평균입자크기가 10~1,000㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 니오브 분말.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 안식각이 10~60°인 것을 특징으로 하는 니오브 분말.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, BET 비표면적이 0.5~40㎡/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 니오브 분말.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0.01~500㎛의 범위내에 구멍지름 피크톱(peak top)이 있는 구멍분포를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 니오브 분말.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 구멍분포는 복수의 구멍지름 피크톱을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 니오브 분말.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 구멍지름 피크톱은 0.5~100㎛의 범위내에있는 것을 특징으로 하는 니오브 분말.

- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 구멍지름 피크톱 중에서, 상대강도가 가장 높은 2개의 피크의 피크톱이 0.2~0.7㎛의 범위 및 0.7~3㎛ 범위내에 각각 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 니오브 소결체.
- 제11항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 구멍지름 피크톱 중에서, 상대강도가 가장 높은 피크의 피크톱이 상대강도가 다음으로 높은 피크의 피크톱보다 큰 지름측에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 니오브 소결체.
- 제9항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 소결체는 공극의 부피를 포함하여 10㎣ 이상의 부피를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 니오브 소결체.
- 제9항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 소결체는 0.2~7㎡/g의 비표면적을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 니오브 소결체.
- 제9항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 소결체의 일부는 질화되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 니오브 소결체.
- 제12항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 소결체는 1,300℃에서 소결된 경우 40,000~200,000㎌V/g의 CV값을 갖는 소결체를 제공하는 니오브 성형체로부터 얻어진 소결체인 것을 특징으로 하는 니오브 소결체.
- 제9항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 니오브 소결체를 사용한 하나의전극, 상대전극 및 이들 사이에 개재된 유전체로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 콘덴서.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 유전체의 주성분은 산화니오브인 것을 특징으로 하는 콘덴서.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 상대전극은 전해용액, 유기반도체 및 무기반도체로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 콘덴서.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 상대전극은 유기반도체이고, 이 유기반도체는 벤조피롤린 테트라머 및 클로라닐을 함유하는 유기반도체, 테트라티오테트라센을 주성분으로 하는 유기반도체, 테트라시아노퀴노디메탄을 주성분으로 하는 유기반도체 및 전기전도성 고분자로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 콘덴서.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 전기전도성 고분자는 폴리피롤, 폴리티오펜, 폴리아닐린 및 그것의 치환유도체로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 콘덴서.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 전기전도성 고분자는 하기 일반식(1) 또는 (2)로 표시되는 반복단위를 함유하는 고분자에 도펀트를 도핑함으로써 얻어진 전기전도성 고분자인 것을 특징으로 하는 콘덴서.(식중, R1~R4는 각각 독립적으로 수소원자, 탄소수 1~10의 직쇄상 또는 분기상의 포화 또는 불포화 알킬기, 알콕시기 또는 알킬에스테르기, 할로겐원자, 니트로기, 시아노기, 1급, 2급 또는 3급 아미노기, CF3기, 페닐기 및 치환 페닐기로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1가기를 나타내고; R1과 R2및 R3과 R4각 쌍은 임의의 위치에서 결합하여, R1과 R2또는 R3와 R4로 치환된 탄소원자와 함께 1개 이상의 3-, 4-, 5-, 6- 또는 7원환의 포화 또는 불포화 탄화수소의 환상구조를 형성하는 2가쇄를 형성해도 좋고; 상기 환상 결합쇄는 카르보닐, 에테르, 에스테르, 아미드, 술피드, 술피닐, 술포닐 또는 이미노의 결합을 임의의 위치에 함유해도 좋고; X는 산소원자, 황원자 또는 질소원자를 나타내고; R5는 X가 질소원자일 경우에만 존재하고, 독립적으로 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1~10의 직쇄상 또는 분기상의 포화 또는 불포화 알킬기를 나타낸다)
- 제24항에 있어서, 상기 전기전도성 고분자는 하기 일반식(3)으로 표시되는 반복단위를 함유하는 전기전도성 고분자인 것을 특징으로 하는 콘덴서.(식중, R6및 R7은 각각 독립적으로 수소원자, 탄소수 1~6의 직쇄상 또는 분기상의 포화 또는 불포화 알킬기, 또는 이 알킬기가 임의의 위치에서 서로 결합하여 2개의 산소원소를 함유하는 1개 이상의 5-, 6- 또는 7원환의 포화 탄화수소의 환상구조를 형성하는 치환기를 나타내고; 상기 환상구조는 치환되어 있어도 좋은 비닐렌결합을 가진 구조 및 치환되어 있어도 좋은 페닐렌구조를 포함한다)
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 전기전도성 고분자는 폴리(3,4-에틸렌디옥시티오펜)에 도펀트를 도핑함으로써 얻어진 전기전도성 고분자인 것을 특징으로 하는 콘덴서.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 상대전극은 층구조를 적어도 일부에 갖는 재료로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 콘덴서.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 상대전극의 재료는 유기 술폰산음이온을 도펀트로서 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘덴서.
- 니오브 또는 니오브 화합물을 활성처리하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 니오브분말의 제조방법.
- 제29항에 있어서, 상기 니오브 또는 니오브 화합물의 활성처리공정은 소결공정 및 해쇄공정으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나이상의 공정에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 니오브 분말의 제조방법.
- 제29항 또는 제30항에 있어서, 상기 니오브 또는 니오브 화합물의 활성처리공정은 니오브 또는 니오브 화합물과 활성화제의 혼합물을 사용하여 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 니오브 분말의 제조방법.
- 제29항 내지 제31항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 활성처리되는 니오브 또는 니오브 화합물의 평균입자크기는 0.01~10㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 니오브 분말의 제조방법.
- 제29항 내지 제32항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 니오브 또는 니오브 화합물은 질소, 탄소, 붕소 및 황으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소를 200,000질량ppm 이하로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 니오브 분말의 제조방법.
- 제29항 내지 제33항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 니오브 화합물은 수소화니오브, 니오브 합금 및 수소화니오브 합금으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 니오브 분말의 제조방법.
- 제34항에 있어서, 상기 니오브 합금 또는 수소화니오브 합금에 함유된 니오브 이외의 성분은 수소, 질소, 산소, 불소, 염소, 브롬, 요오드, 니오브, 헬륨, 네온, 아르곤, 크립톤, 제논 및 라돈을 제외한 원자번호 88이하의 원소로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소인 것을 특징으로 하는 니오브 분말의 제조방법.
- 제31항에 있어서, 상기 니오브 또는 니오브 화합물 및 활성화제를 함유하는 혼합물은 용매를 사용하여 혼합함으로써 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 니오브 분말의 제조방법.
- 제36항에 있어서, 상기 용매는 물, 알콜류, 에테르류, 셀로솔브류, 케톤류, 지방족 탄화수소류, 방향족 탄화수소류 및 할로겐화 탄화수소류로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 용매인 것을 특징으로 하는 니오브 분말의 제조방법.
- 제31항에 있어서, 상기 활성화제의 사용량은 상기 니오브 또는 니오브 화합물의 총량에 대해서 1~40질량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 니오브 분말의 제조방법.
- 제31항 내지 제38항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 활성화제의 평균입자크기는 0.01~500㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 니오브 분말의 제조방법.
- 제31항, 제38항 및 제39항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 활성화제는 복수의 입자크기 피크톱을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 니오브 분말의 제조방법.
- 제31항, 제38항 내지 제40항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 활성화제는 2,000℃ 이하에서 기체로서 제거되는 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 니오브 분말의 제조방법.
- 제41항에 있어서, 상기 활성화제는 나프탈렌, 안트라센, 퀴논, 캄포, 폴리아크릴산, 폴리아크릴산에스테르, 폴리아크릴아미드, 폴리메타크릴산, 폴리메타크릴산에스테르, 폴리메타크릴아미드, 폴리비닐알콜, NH4Cl, ZnO, WO2, SnO2및 MnO3로 이루어 진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 니오브 분말의 제조방법.
- 제31항, 제38항 내지 제40항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 활성화제는 수용성 물질, 유기용제 가용성 물질, 산성 용액 가용성 물질, 알칼리성 용액 가용성 물질, 착체를 형성하여 물, 유기용매, 산성 용액 또는 알칼리성 용액에 가용인 물질로 되는 물질, 및 2,000℃ 이하에서 물, 유기용매, 산성 용액 또는 알칼리성 용액에 가용인 물질로 되는 물질로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 니오브 분말의 제조방법.
- 제43항에 있어서, 상기 활성화제는 금속과 탄산, 황산, 아황산, 할로겐, 과할로겐산, 하이포할로겐산, 질산, 아질산, 인산, 아세트산, 옥살산 또는 붕산의 화합물; 금속; 수산화금속; 및 산화금속으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 니오브 분말의 제조방법.
- 제43항에 있어서, 상기 활성화제는 리튬, 나트륨, 칼륨, 루비듐, 세슘, 프랑슘, 베릴륨, 마그네슘, 칼슘, 스트론튬, 바륨, 라듐, 스칸듐, 이트륨, 세륨, 네오디뮴, 티타늄, 지르코늄, 하프늄, 바나듐, 니오브, 탄탈, 몰리브덴, 텅스텐, 망간, 레늄, 루테늄, 오스뮴, 코발트, 로듐, 이리듐, 니켈, 팔라듐, 백금, 은, 금, 아연, 카드뮴, 붕소, 알루미늄, 갈륨, 인듐, 탈륨, 실리콘, 게르마늄, 주석, 납, 비소, 안티모니, 비스무트, 셀레늄, 텔루륨, 폴로늄 및 이들의 화합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 니오브 분말의 제조방법.
- 제29항에 있어서, 상기 활성처리는 소결공정 전 또는 소결공정 중에 가열 및/또는 감압에 의해 활성화제를 제거하는 처리인 것을 특징으로 하는 니오브 분말의 제조방법.
- 제29항에 있어서, 상기 활성처리는 소결공정 후 및 해쇄공정중 또는 해쇄공정후, 소결물 또는 해쇄물에 용매를 접촉시킴으로써 활성화제 성분을 제거하는 처리인 것을 특징으로 하는 니오브 분말의 제조방법.
- 제47항에 있어서, 상기 용매는 물, 유기용매, 산성 용액, 알칼리성 용액 및 가용성 착체를 형성하는 리간드를 함유하는 용액으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 니오브 분말의 제조방법.
- 제48항에 있어서, 상기 산성 용액은 질산, 황산, 불소화수소산 및 염산으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 니오브 분말의 제조방법.
- 제48항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리성 용액은 수산화 알칼리금속 및 암모니아로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 니오브 분말의 제조방법.
- 제48항에 있어서, 상기 리간드는 암모니아, 글리신 및 에틸렌디아민테트라아세트산으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 니오브 분말의 제조방법.
- 제48항에 있어서, 상기 유기용매는 메틸이소부틸케톤인 것을 특징으로 하는 니오브 분말의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 니오브 분말을 액체질화, 이온질화 및 가스질화로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 방법으로 처리하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소함유 니오브 분말의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 니오브 분말을 고체상 탄화 및 액체탄화로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 방법으로 처리하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소함유 니오브 분말의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 니오브 분말을 가스 붕소화 및 고체상 붕소화로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 방법으로 처리하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 붕소함유 니오브 분말의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 니오브 분말을 가스황화, 이온황화 및 고체상 황화로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 방법으로 처리하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 황함유 니오브 분말의 제조방법.
- 제29항 내지 제56항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 제조방법에 의해 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 니오브 분말.
- 제1항 내지 제8항, 제57항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 니오브 분말을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 니오브 소결체의 제조방법.
- 니오브 소결체를 사용한 하나의 전극, 상기 소결체의 표면에 형성된 유전체 및 상기 유전체에 제공된 상대전극을 포함하는 콘덴서의 제조방법으로서, 상기 니오브 소결체는 제1항 내지 제8항, 제57항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 니오브 분말을 소결시킴으로써 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘덴서의 제조방법.
- 제59항에 있어서, 상기 유전체는 전해산화에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘덴서의 제조방법.
- 니오브 소결체를 사용한 하나의 전극, 상기 소결체의 표면에 형성된 유전체 및 상기 유전체에 제공된 상대전극을 포함하는 콘덴서의 제조방법으로서, 상기 니오브 소결체는 제9항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 니오브 소결체인 것을특징으로 하는 콘덴서의 제조방법.
- 제19항 내지 제28항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 콘덴서를 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자회로.
