Claims (9)
- (a)에폭시기함유알콕시실란(가)와, 활성수소를 가진 아미노기함유알콕시실란 (나)와의 반응생성물, (b)산촉매, (c)미분말ITO조촉매, (d)유기용제로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 용제를 포함하는 투명 실리콘계 피막형성조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (a)성분이, 에폭시기함유알콕시실란(가)와, 활성수소를 가진 아미노기함유알콕시실란(나) 외에, 트리, 또는 디알콕시시란(다) 및 모노알콕시실란(라) 및/또는 글리드실란(마)를 함유하고 있는 투명 실리콘계 피막형성조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 에폭시기함유알콕시실란(가)와 활성수소를 가진 아미노기함유알콕시실란(나)와 알콕시실란(다)와의 반응생성물을 질량비로(가):(나):(다)=3∼7:4∼8:1∼5의 비율로 반응시킨 반응생성물에 대하여, 모노알콕시실란(라) 및/또는 글리드실란(마)를 (다)에 대하여 질량비율로 0.1%∼20%의 비율로 용도에 따라, 더욱 첨가한 반응생성물인 투명 실리콘계 피막형성조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, (e)자외선흡수제, 적외선차폐제, 적외선차폐제로부터 선택되는 1종 혹은 2종 이상, 및/또는 (f)염료 및/또는 안료를 함유하는 투명 실리콘계 피막형성조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 활성수소를 가진 아미노기함유알콕시실란(나)가, N-(β-아미노에틸)--아미노프로필트리메톡시실란인 투명 실리콘계 피막형성조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, (d)유기용제가, 알콜계용제, 케톤계용제, 에테르계용제, 2개 이상의 관능기를 가진 용제중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 용제를 사용한 투명 실리콘계 피막형성조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, (g)안정제로서, 살리실산, 푸마르산, 크로톤산, 호박산, 주석산으로부터 선택되는 유기산화합물, 유기인계화합물, 광안정제의 1종 또는 2종 이상을 함유하는 투명 실리콘계 피막형성조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중의 어느 한 항의 투명 실리콘계 피막형성조성물중의 피막형성성분을, 산촉매와 미분말ITO조촉매를 경화조촉매로서 사용하는 실리콘계 피막형성조성물의 경화방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중의 어느 한 항의 투명 실리콘계 피막형성조성물중의 (b)산촉매, (c)미분말ITO조촉매, (d)유기용제로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 용제, (e)자외선흡수제, 적외선차폐제, 적외선차폐제로부터 선택되는 1종 혹은 2종 이상,(f)염료 및/또는 안료성분을 별도의 용기로 나누어 보존하고, 사용하기 직전에, (a)에폭시기함유알콕시실란(가)와, 활성수소를 가진 아미노기함유알콕시실란(나)와의 반응생성물을 혼합하여 혼합액으로서 사용하여, 전처리한 투명기재의 표면에, 도장하여, 경화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 실리콘계 피막형성조성물의 경화방법.
