Abstract
Description
(1) (a)성분 즉, 에폭시기함유알콕시실란(가)와 활성수소를 가진 아미노기함유알콕시실란(나)와 트리 또는 디알콕시시란(다)와의 반응생성물, (b)산촉매, (c)미분말ITO조촉매, (d)유기용제를 포함하는 투명 실리콘계 피막형성조성물.
(2) (a)성분 즉, 에폭시기함유알콕시실란(가)와 활성수소를 가진 아미노기함유알콕시실란(나)와 트리 또는 디알콕시시란(다) 및 모노알콕시실란(라)와의 반응생성물, (b)산촉매, (c)미분말ITO조촉매, (d)유기용제를 포함하는 투명 실리콘계 피막형성조성물.
(3) 제 2 항에 있어서, 에폭시기함유알콕시실란(가)와 활성수소를 가진 아미노기함유알콕시실란(나)와 트리 또는 디알콕시실란(다)와의 반응생성물을 질량비로(가):(나):(다)=3∼7:3∼7:1∼5의 비율로 반응시킨 반응생성물에 대하여, 모노알콕시실란(라)을 (다)에 대하여 질량비율로 0.1%∼20%의 비율로 용도에 따라, 더 첨가한 반응생성물인 투명 실리콘계 피막형성조성물.
Claims (9)
- (a)성분 즉, 에폭시기함유알콕시실란(가)와 활성수소를 가진 아미노기함유알콕시실란(나)와 트리 또는 디알콕시시란(다)와의 반응생성물, (b)산촉매, (c)미분말ITO조촉매, (d)유기용제를 포함하는 투명 실리콘계 피막형성조성물.
- (a)성분 즉, 에폭시기함유알콕시실란(가)와 활성수소를 가진 아미노기함유알콕시실란(나)와 트리 또는 디알콕시시란(다) 및 모노알콕시실란(라)와의 반응생성물, (b)산촉매, (c)미분말ITO조촉매, (d)유기용제를 포함하는 투명 실리콘계 피막형성조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 에폭시기함유알콕시실란(가)와 활성수소를 가진 아미노기함유알콕시실란(나)와 트리 또는 디알콕시실란(다)와의 반응생성물을 질량비로(가):(나):(다)=3∼7:3∼7:1∼5의 비율로 반응시킨 반응생성물에 대하여, 모노알콕시실란(라)을 (다)에 대하여 질량비율로 0.1%∼20%의 비율로 용도에 따라, 더 첨가한 반응생성물인 투명 실리콘계 피막형성조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중에 기재된 어느 한 항의 투명 실리콘계 피막형성조성물중의 피막형성성분을, 산촉매와 경화조촉매로서의 미분말ITO를 사용해 경화시키는 실리콘계 피막형성조성물의 경화방법.
