Claims (7)
- 황함유 아민 화합물로 부분적으로 변성된 산형 이온 교환 수지를 촉매로 하여 페놀과 아세톤을 축합시켜 비스페놀 A를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,아세톤중의 메탄올 농도가 250중량ppm 미만인 경우 변성률 10 내지 20 미만몰%의 변성 산형 이온 교환 수지를 사용하고, 아세톤중의 메탄올 농도가 250 내지 8000중량ppm인 경우 변성률 20 내지 65몰%의 변성 산형 이온 교환 수지를 사용함을 특징으로 하는, 비스페놀 A의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,아세톤중의 메탄올 농도가 700 내지 8000중량ppm인 경우 변성률 26 내지 65몰%의 변성 산형 이온 교환 수지를 사용하는 비스페놀 A의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,산형 이온 교환 수지가 강산성의 설폰산형 이온 교환 수지인 비스페놀 A의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,황함유 아민 화합물이 메르캅토알킬피리딘류, 메르캅토알킬아민류, 티아졸리딘류 및 아미노티오페놀류로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 비스페놀 A의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,메르캅토알킬아민류가 2-메르캅토에틸아민이고, 티아졸리딘류가 2,2-디메틸티아졸리딘인 비스페놀 A의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,2기 이상의 반응기를 직렬로 연결한 반응장치에서 페놀과 아세톤을 축합시키는 비스페놀 A의 제조 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,아세톤/페놀 몰비가 1/30 내지 1/3이고, 반응 온도가 40 내지 150℃인 조건하에서 페놀과 아세톤을 축합시키는 비스페놀 A의 제조 방법.
