Claims (7)
- 황함유 아민 화합물로 부분적으로 변성된 산형 이온 교환 수지를 촉매로 하여 페놀과 아세톤을 축합 반응시켜 비스페놀 A를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,적어도 2기의 반응기를 직렬로 연결한 반응 장치에서, 원료인 아세톤중의 메탄올 농도에 따라 변성률이 다른 변성 산형 이온 교환 수지를 사용하되, 아세톤중의 메탄올 농도가 250중량ppm 미만인 경우 변성률 10몰% 이상 20몰% 미만의 변성 산형 이온 교환 수지를 사용하고, 아세톤중의 메탄올 농도가 250 내지 8000중량ppm인 경우 변성률 20 내지 65몰%의 변성 산형 이온 교환 수지를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비스페놀 A의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,아세톤중의 메탄올 농도가 700 내지 8000중량ppm인 경우 변성률 26 내지 65몰%의 변성 산형 이온 교환 수지를 사용하는 비스페놀 A의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,산형 이온 교환 수지가 강산성의 설폰산형 이온 교환 수지인 비스페놀 A의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,황함유 아민 화합물이 머캅토알킬피리딘류, 머캅토알킬아민류, 티아졸리딘류 및 아미노티오페놀류로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 비스페놀 A의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,머캅토알킬아민류가 2-머캅토에틸아민이고, 티아졸리딘류가 2,2-디메틸티아졸리딘인 비스페놀 A의 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,아세톤/페놀 몰비가 1/30 내지 1/3이고, 반응 온도가 40 내지 150℃인 조건하에서 페놀과 아세톤을 축합 반응시키는 비스페놀 A의 제조 방법.
