Claims (3)
- (a) 분자 중에 (메트)아크릴로일기를 갖는 오르가노폴리실록산 100 중량부,(b) (a) 성분과 비반응성인 오르가노폴리실록산 5 내지 100 중량부,(c) 삼차원 가교된 실리콘 수지의 부정형 분쇄물 1 내지 50 중량부,(d) 분무질 실리카 1 내지 20 중량부, 및(e) 중합 개시제 유효량,을 주성분으로 포함하는 진동 흡수성 실리콘겔 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, (a) 성분이 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 말단 아미노기 함유 오르가노폴리실록산을 비닐기 함유 이소시아네이트, 아크릴산 무수물, 메타크릴산 무수물, 아크릴산할라이드 또는 메타크릴산할라이드 중에서 선택되는 화합물과 반응시켜 얻어지는 것인 진동 흡수성 실리콘겔 조성물.<화학식 1>식 중, R1및 R2는 2가의 탄화수소기, 바람직하게는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬렌기 또는 페닐렌기 등의 아릴렌기이고, R3은 1가의 탄화수소기, 바람직하게는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬기 또는 아릴기이고, R4는 수소 또는 1가의 탄화수소기, 바람직하게는 메틸기 등의 알킬기 또는 벤질기 등의 아릴알킬기이고, R5는 수소 또는 1가의 탄화수소기 또는 치환 탄화수소기, 바람직하게는 알릴기, 알킬기, 디- 또는 트리알콕시실릴알킬기이고, R6은 1가의 탄화수소기, 바람직하게는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬기 또는 아릴기이고, 1 은 0 내지 4의 정수이고, n은 1 내지 3의 정수이고, m은 50 내지 10000의 정수이다.
- 제2항에 있어서, 말단 아미노기 함유 오르가노폴리실록산이 말단에 실라놀기를 갖는 오르가노실록산을 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 아미노기를 갖는 오르가노알콕시실란에 부가하여 얻어지는 것인 진동 흡수성 실리콘겔 조성물.<화학식 2>식 중, R1및 R2는 2가의 탄화수소기, 바람직하게는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬렌기 또는 페닐렌기 등의 아릴렌기이고, R3은 1가의 탄화수소기, 바람직하게는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬기 또는 아릴기이고, R4는 수소 또는 1가의 탄화수소기, 바람직하게는 메틸기 등의 알킬기 또는 벤질기 등의 아릴알킬기이고, R5는 수소 또는 1가의 탄화수소기 또는 치환 탄화수소기, 바람직하게는 알릴기, 알킬기, 디- 또는 트리알콕시실릴알킬기이고, X는 알콕시기이고, n은 0 또는 1이고, 1은 0 내지 4의 정수이다.
