Claims (13)
- 모재와,상기 모재 위에 걸쳐 놓여 있는 제1 소정 깊이를 가진 확산층과,상기 확산층 위에 걸쳐 놓여 있는 제2 소정 깊이를 가진 복합층을 포함하고,상기 확산층 및 상기 복합층은 질화 공정을 통하여 상기 모재의 외부 표면 상에 형성되고, 상기 복합층의 최외층부 상에 연마 공정에 의해 상기 복합층의 상기 제2 소정 깊이가 형성되어 매끄러운 활주 표면이 남도록 상기 질화 공정에 의해 형성된 상기 복합층의 최초한 깊이가 상기 복합층의 상기 제2 소정 깊이로 감소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 활주 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연마 공정에 의해 형성된 상기 복합층의 상기 제2 소정 깊이는 상기 연마 공정이 상기 모재의 상기 외부 표면의 윤곽을 따르는 실질적으로 균일한 깊이를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 활주 부재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 매끄러운 활주 표면을 형성하는 상기 연마 공정은 버프 연마 공정인 것을 특징으로 하는 활주 부재.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 활주 부재는 내부 연소 엔진의 흡기 또는 배기 밸브를 구동하는 캠에 활주 가능하게 인접한 캠 종동부인 것을 특징으로 하는 활주 부재.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 연마 공정을 수행하기 전 복합층의 상기 최초 깊이는 5 μm 내지 15 μm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 활주 부재.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 연마 공정을 수행한 후 상기 복합층의 상기 제2 소정 깊이는 2 μm 내지 10 μm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 활주 부재.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 연마 공정을 수행한 후 상기 복합층의 상기 매끄러운 활주 표면은 Ra 0.01 내지 0.05의 표면 거칠기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 활주 부재.
- 활주 부재의 제조 방법에 있어서,질화 공정을 통하여 상기 활주 부재의 모재 상에 소정 깊이를 가진 확산층 및 복합층을 형성하는 단계와,상기 복합층의 일부가 상기 활주 부재 상에 매끄러운 활주 표면을 생성하게 남게 되도록 상기 복합층의 상기 소정 깊이가 감소시키기 위해 상기 복합층의 최외층 부분 상에서 연마 공정을 수행하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 활주 부재의 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 연마 공정은 버프 연마 공정인 것을 특징으로 하는 활주 부재의 제조 방법.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 활주 부재는 내부 연소 엔진의 흡기 또는 배기 밸브를 구동하는 캠에 활주 가능하게 인접한 캠 종동부인 것을 특징으로 하는 활주 부재의 제조 방법.
- 제8항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 연마 공정을 수행하기 전 상기 복합층의 깊이는 5 μm 내지 15 μm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 활주 부재의 제조 방법.
- 제8항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 연마 공정을 수행한 후 상기 복합층의 상기 소정 깊이는 2 μm 내지 10 μm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 활주 부재의 제조 방법.
- 제8항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 연마 공정을 수행한 후 상기 복합층의 매끄러운 활주 표면은 Ra 0.01 내지 0.05 인 것을 특징으로 하는 활주 부재의 제조 방법.
