Claims (5)
- 질량%로, 탄소 50 내지 85 %, 알루미나 5 내지 15 %, 금속 규소 5 내지 15 %, 및 탄화 티탄, 금속 티탄, 질화 티탄 및 탄질화 티탄 (TiCxNy; 0<x, y<1, 또한 x+y=1)의 1종 또는 2종 이상을 합계로 5 내지 20 % 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소질 내화물.
- 질량%로, 주원료로서 배소 무연탄, 가소 코크스, 천연 흑연 또는 인조 흑연 또는 이러한 혼합물로 이루어지는 탄소질 원료를 50 내지 85 %, 알루미나 미분 5 내지 15 %, 금속 규소 미분 5 내지 15 %, 및 탄화 티탄 분말, 금속 티탄 분말, 질화 티탄 분말 및 탄질화 티탄 분말 (TiCxNy, 0<x, y<1, 또한 x+y=1)의 1종 또는 2종 이상을 합계로 5 내지 20 % 함유시킨 혼합물에 유기 결합제를 가하여, 혼련, 성형하고, 비산화 분위기에서 소성하여 제1항에 기재된 탄소질 내화물을 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소질 내화물의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 탄화 티탄의 (111)면 강도에 대하여 Ti3O5의 (200)면의 X선 회절 피크 강도비가 1 % 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소질 내화물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알루미나의 일부 또는 전부가 지르콘, 마그네시아, 멀라이트, 스피넬 및 실리카의 1종 또는 2종 이상으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소질 내화물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 알루미나 미분의 일부 또는 전부가 지르콘, 마그네시아, 멀라이트, 스피넬 및 실리카의 1종 또는 2종 이상의 미분으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소질 내화물의 제조 방법.
