Claims (40)
- 폴리알킬렌 글리콜 부분을 함유하는 자연발생하지 않는 중합체에 커플링된 글리코실화된 인터페론-베타를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리알킬렌 부분은 알데히드기, 말레이미드기, 비닐설폰기, 할로아세테이트기, 다수의 히스티딘 잔기, 히드라진기 및 아미노티올기로 구성된 군에서 선택된 기에 의하여 인터페론-베타에 커플링되는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 글리코실화된 인터페론-베타는 인터페론-베타-1a이고 항바이러스 분석 측정에서 인터페론-베타-1b보타 더 활성인 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 인터페론 베타-1a는 항바이러스 분석 측정에서 중합체가 없는 인터페론-베타-1a의 0.5 내지 1배의 성능을 보유하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인터페론-베타는 인터페론-베타-1a 융합 단백질인 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 인터페론-베타-1a 융합 단백질은 면역글로블린 분자의 일부를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 인터페론 베타는 (a) 항바이러스 활성이 바이러스 유도성 세포 용균에 의하여 측정될때, 야생형 인터페론 베타 1a보다 더 높은 항바이러스 활성을 갖는 돌연변이 성질; (b) 야생형 인터페론-베타-1a에 비하여, 항증식 활성보다 항바이러스 활성이 높은 돌연변이 성질; (c) 인터페론 수용체에 결합하지만, 야생형 인터페론에 비교할때, 수용체 결합 활성에 비하여 더 낮은 항바이러스 활성 및 더 낮은 항증식 활성을 갖는 돌연변이 성질 중에서 1 이상의 성질을 갖는 돌연변이 인터페론 베타인 조성물.
- 생리학적으로 활성인 인터페론-베타 조성물 중의 생리학적 활성 인터페론-베타 1a가 항바이러스 분석 측정에서 생리학적 활성 인터페론-베타 1b에 비하여 향상된 활성을 갖도록 생리학적 활성 인터페론-베타 1a 및 폴리알킬렌 글리콜 부분이 배열된, 폴리알킬렌 글리콜 부분을 포함하는 중합체에 커플링된 생리학적 활성 인터페론-베타 1a를 포함하는 생리학적 활성 인터페론-베타 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 인터페론-베타-1a는 인터페론-베타-1a의 N-말단 위치에서 중합체에 커플링된 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 인터페론-베타-1a는 인터페론-베타-1a의 C-말단 위치 또는 그 근처에서 중합체에 커플링된 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 인터페론-베타-1a는 인터페론-베타-1a의 글리칸 부분에 의하여 중합체에 커플링되는 조성물.

- 생리학적 활성 인터페론-베타 조성물 중의 생리학적 활성 인터페론-베타가 항바이러스 분석 측정에서 폴리알킬렌 글리콜 부분이 없는 생리학적 활성인터페론-베타에 비하여 실질적으로 유사한 활성을 갖도록 생리학적 활성 인터페론-베타 및 폴리알킬렌 글리콜 부분이 배열된, 폴리알킬렌 글리콜 부분을 포함하는 중합체에 N-말단 커플링된 생리학적 활성 글리코실화 인터페론-베타를 포함하는 생리학적 활성 인터페론-베타 조성물.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 인터페론-베타는 인터페론-베타의 N-말단 위치에서 중합체에 커플링되는 조성물.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 인터페론-베타는 인터페론-베타의 C-말단 위치 또는 그 근처에서 중합체에 커플링되는 조성물.
