Claims (22)
- 주된 반복단위가 에틸렌-2,6-나프탈렌디카르복실레이트인 폴리에스테르로 주로 형성되는 제 1 층 및 제 1 층의 이 폴리에스테르와는 상이한 열가소성 수지로 주로 형성되는 제 2 층으로 이루어지고,제 1 층과 제 2 층 중 한층 이상은 평균 입경이 0.01 ∼ 2 ㎛ 인 불활성 미립자를 0.001 ∼ 0.5 중량 % 함유하고 있고,제 1 층과 제 2 층은 각각 0.05 ∼ 0.3 ㎛ 의 두께를 가지고 또한 번갈아 적층되어 11 층 이상으로 이루어지는 적층체를 형성하고 있으며,일방향 이상으로 배향되어 있고, 그리고제 2 층은 제 1 층보다도 일방향 이상에 있어서 낮은 굴절율을 갖는것을 특징으로 하는 다층필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 최외층이 모두 제 1 층으로 형성되는 다층필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 층의 폴리에스테르가 에틸렌-2,6-나프탈렌디카르복실레이트 호모 폴리머인 다층필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 2 층의 열가소성 수지가 주된 반복단위가 에틸렌-2,6-나프탈렌디카르복실레이트로 이루어지는 폴리에스테르와 주된 반복단위가 에틸렌테레프탈레이트로 이루어지는 폴리에스테르와의 중량비 5:95 ∼ 95:5 의 혼합물로 이루어지는 다층필름.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 제 2 혼합물이 2 개의 융점을 가지고, 고온측의 융점이 220 ℃ ∼ 265 ℃ 의 범위에 있으며 제 1 층의 폴리에스테르의 융점보다도 10 ℃ 이상 낮은 다층필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 2 층의 열가소성 수지가 신디오택틱 폴리스티렌인 다층필름.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 신디오택틱 폴리스티렌이 신디오택틱 폴리(스티렌-p-메틸스티렌) 공중합체인 다층필름.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 신디오택틱 폴리스티렌의 융점이 220 ∼ 270 ℃ 의 범위에 있는 다층필름.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 신디오택틱 폴리스티렌의 융점이 제 1 층의 폴리에스테르의 융점보다 30 ℃ 높은 온도와 30 ℃ 낮은 온도의 사이에 있는 다층필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 2 층의 열가소성 수지가 주된 반복단위가 에틸렌테레프탈레이트로 이루어지는 폴리에스테르인 다층필름.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 제 2 층의 폴리에스테르가 폴리(에틸렌테레프탈레이트-이소프탈레이트) 공중합체인 다층필름.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 제 2 층의 폴리에스테르의 융점이 210 ∼ 245 ℃ 의 범위에 있는 다층필름.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 제 2 층의 폴리에스테르의 융점이 제 1 층의 폴리에스테르의 융점보다도 20 ℃ 이상 낮은 다층필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 불활성 미립자가 실리카, 알루미나, 탄산칼슘, 인산칼슘, 카오린, 탈크, 실리콘 및 가교 폴리스티렌으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1 종 이상인 다층필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 불활성 미립자의 장경과 단경의 비가 1.2 이하인 다층필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 불활성 미립자의 입경의 상대 표준편차가 0.3 미만인 다층필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 층의 두께의 상대 표준편차치 및 제 2 층의 두께의 상대 표준편차치가 모두 0.15 이하인 다층필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 적층된 전체 층의 수가 31 층 이상인 다층필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 이축배향된 다층필름.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 다층필름의 복수장의 적층체로 이루어지는 반사형 편광필름.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 다층필름으로 이루어지는 하프미러.
- 제 20 항에 있어서, 다층필름의 각각의 복수장이 상이한 파장의 가시광선을 주로 반사하는 편광필름.
