Claims (18)
- 폴리우레탄 재질의 성형체에 있어서, 최소한 한 개의 폴리우레탄 겔과 최소한 한 개의 폴리우레탄 발포제로 이루어지는 최소한 두 종류의 서로 상이한 폴리우레탄 재질로 이루어지고, 상기 폴리우레탄 겔과 발포제가 두 개의 서로 상이한 공간에 배열되며 또한 우레탄 제조시에 자체 접착력에 의해 서로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 재질의 성형체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성형체는 폴리우레탄 겔이 투과할 수 없는 외측의 커버층으로 피복되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄 발포제와 폴리우레탄 겔이 최소한 두 개의 층으로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 겔층이 최소한 부분적으로 발포제에 의해 둘러쌓이거나, 또는 발포제 블럭이 최소한 부분적으로 겔에 의해 둘러쌓이게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형체.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 커버층이 폴리우레탄 호일 또는 염화폴리비닐과 같은 호일 또는 가죽 또는 마이크로 섬유 재질의 직물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형체.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성형체가 시트 패드(seat pad)로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 시트 패드의 최소한 상단면에는 추가적으로 직물 커버층이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형체.
- 폴리우레탄 겔과 발포 형성력이 있는 폴리우레탄 반응 혼합물을 이용한 주형주물방식을 통해 성형체를 제조하고, 상기 두 가지 물질이 발포형성과정이나 경화 과정 중에 서로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 또는 제7항의 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리우레탄 성형체의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄의 재질은 커버층, 바람직하게는 호일 상으로 주입되거나, 또는 이 커버층이 결합 재질상에 놓이게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 성형체의 제조방법.
- 제8항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 커버층으로 코팅된 주형에 겔 물질로서 폴리이소시아네이트와 폴리올로 이루어진 혼합물이 주입되고, 그 후에 발포제 생산을 위해 폴리우레탄 재질의 미가공 원료혼합물이 겔 층에 공급되며, 발포 형성 및 경화에 필요한 조건을 유지시키는 형태로 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 성형체의 제조방법.
- 제8항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사전에 이미 제작된 겔 층이 커버층에 맞게 설계된 주형에 주입되며, 그 다음 폴리우레탄 재질의 미가공 원료 혼합물이 발포제의 제조를 위해 공급되고, 그 다음 성형체 경화와 발포 형성에 필요한 조건이 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 성형체의 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 사전에 이미 제작된 겔 층이 주형의 바닥에 위치되거나 또는 주형의 커버에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 성형체의 제조방법.
- 제8항 또는 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사전에 이미 제작된 발포제 블럭이 주형에 삽입되며 주형이 겔로 충진되고, 폴리우레탄 겔의 제조를 위해 상기 반응 조건이 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 성형체의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리올 성분의 작용기와 이소시아네이트 작용기가 최소 5.2, 바람직하게는 6.5, 더욱 바람직하게는 최소 7.5인 미가공 원료로 겔이 생산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 성형체 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 겔 제조에 사용되는 폴리올 성분은, 히드록시 수가 112 이하인 한 개의 폴리올 또는 여러 개의 폴리올(a)과, 히드록시 수의 범위가 112 내지 600인 한 개의 폴리올 또는 여러 개의 폴리올(b)의 혼합물로 이루어지며, 여기서 성분 (a)와 (b)의 중량부는 90:10에서 10:90이고, 반응 혼합물의 이소시아네이트 특성값은 15 내지 59.81이며 폴리올 성분의 작용기와 이소시아네이트 작용기가 최소 6.15임을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 성형체의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 겔 제조에 사용되는 미가공 원료의 재질이, a) 한 개 또는 여러 개의 폴리이소시아네이트,b) 다음으로 이루어진 폴리올 성분,- 히드록시 수가 112 이하인 한 개 또는 여러 개의 폴리올(b1)- 히드록시 수가 112 내지 600인 한 개 도는 여러 개의 폴리올(b2)c) 이소시아네이트기와 히드록시기 사이의 반응을 위해 경우에 따라 사용되는 촉매,d) 폴리우레탄 화학 분야에서 이미 잘 알려져 있는 충진제 또는 첨가제로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 성형체의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 겔 제조를 위해 사용되는 폴리올 성분은 분자량이 1000 내지 12000이며, OH-수가 20 내지 112인 한 개 또는 여러 개의 폴리올로 이루어지고, 이 때 폴리우레탄을 형성하는 성분의 작용기가 최소 5.2이며 이소시아네이트 수가 15 내지 60임을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 성형체의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 겔 제조시에 화학식이 Q(NCO)n인 이소시아네이트가 사용되는데, 여기서 n은 2 내지 4이며 Q는 탄소수가 8 내지 18인 지방족 탄화수소나 탄소수가 4 내지 15인 고리형 지방족 탄화수소 또는 탄소수가 8 내지 15인 방향족 탄화수소이고, 상기 이소시아네이트는 순수한 형태로 투입되거나, 또는 우레탄화, 알로판화(allophanization) 또는 비우레이트화 반응(biuret reaction)을 통해 변형된 형태로 투입될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 성형체의 제조방법.
