Claims (12)
- 생리적인 매체에서 용해될 수 있는 광물성 울(mineral wool)에 있어서,SiO239-55%, 바람직하게는 40-52%Al2O316-27%, 바람직하게는 16-25%CaO 3-35%, 바람직하게는 10-25%MgO 0-15%, 바람직하게는 0-10%Na2O 0-15%, 바람직하게는 6-12%K2O 0-15%, 바람직하게는 3-12%R2O(Na2O + K2O)10-17%, 바람직하게는 12-17%P2O50-3%, 바람직하게는 0-2%Fe2O30-15%,B2O30-8%, 바람직하게는 0-4%TiO20-3%,범위의 중량%로 상기 구성성분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하며, R2O ≤13.0%인 경우 MgO는 0-5%, 특히 0-2%인 것을 특징으로 하는 광물성 울.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 구성 성분은SiO239-55%, 바람직하게는 40-52%Al2O316-25%, 바람직하게는 17-22%CaO 3-35%, 바람직하게는 10-25%MgO 0-15%, 바람직하게는 0-10%Na2O 0-15%, 바람직하게는 6-12%K2O 0-15%, 바람직하게는 6-12%R2O(Na2O + K2O) 13.0-17%,P2O50-3%, 바람직하게는 0-2%Fe2O30-15%,B2O30-8%, 바람직하게는 0-4%TiO20-3%,범위의 중량%로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광물성 울.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 (Na2O + K2O) 알칼리 함량이 13.0 ≤R2O ≤15, 특히 13.3 ≤R2O ≤14.5 인 것을 특징으로 하는 광물성 울.
- 선행하는 청구항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, Fe2O3(전체 철분)가 0 ≤Fe2O3≤5, 바람직하게는 0 ≤Fe2O3≤3, 더욱 바람직하게는 0 ≤Fe2O3≤2.5로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광물성 울.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, Fe2O3(전체 철분) 함량이 5 ≤Fe2O3≤15, 바람직하게는 5 ≤Fe2O3≤8로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광물성 울.
- 선행하는 청구항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (Na2O + K2O)/Al2O3≥0.5 인 관계를 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 광물성 울.
- 선행하는 청구항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (Na2O + K2O)/Al2O3≥0.6, 바람직하게는 (Na2O + K2O)/Al2O3≥0.7 인 관계를 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 광물성 울.
- 선행하는 청구항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 석회(lime)의 함량이 10 ≤CaO ≤25, 특히 15 ≤CaO ≤25로 포함되며, 마그네시아(magnesia)의 함량이 0≤MgO ≤5, 바람직하게는 0 ≤MgO ≤2, 특히 0 ≤MgO ≤1로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광물성 울.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 석회와 마그네시아의 함량이 5 ≤MgO ≤10, 5 ≤CaO ≤15, 바람직하게는 5 ≤CaO ≤10 으로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광물성 울.
- 선행하는 청구항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용해율(a rate of dissolution)은 pH 4.5에서 시간당 30ng/㎠ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 광물성 울.
- 선행하는 청구항 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유화 된 유리가 비싸지 않은 원재료, 특히 암석, 예컨대 포놀라이트(phonolite) 및 알칼리성 토양 운반체, 예컨대 석회암(limestone) 또는 백운석(dolomite), 만약 필요하다면 철광석을 사용하여 얻어 질 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광물성 울.
- 선행하는 청구항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유리가 내부적 원심 분리에 의해 섬유화 될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광물성 울.
